    about #30...

Ooo...this had bad, irritation and 'the need to be
a thorn in Harry's side' written all over it. Do
I think Drao is going to idly sit by while Harry
TRYS to date Ian? Umm..let's see....HELL NO!

This is going to get interesting. :-)

Btw, Harry is going to wind up seeing those wizards
again? The ones who messed him up emotionally and
    physically?

Oh and how could I forget?! First kiss! And boy was it a doozy; I'm sure the boys would agree with me on that.

Is it weird to say I like the way they came to an agreement? Its not a classically romantic way to feel each other out, but thats what makes it perfect for them. I like how it will give Harry a chance to sort things out and though I'm still a bit mad at how stubborn Malfoy is being I see where he is coming from. That and I think seeing Harry with other people will give him a much needed push.

I'm a bit sad about the ritual though. I like that rings symbolism. Anyother ring just seems boring and less meaningful in comparison, unless Malfoy was cute enough to make the ring a personal one. You know how he wanted to give a gold one with a gem to the first girl? I didn't like how she agreed that it was better than his and Harry's ring. It shows how they are their for eachother rather than the money you put into buying your husband. I don't know I guess I like the band meanings just not the chance that it could have too much of an influence on them....

Keep up the wonderful story. I'm hooked! :3

They are both so damn stubborn, I just want to smack them! ;) Lovely. As always, I can't wait to see where this goes. Every time I think I spot the direction you're moving in, you detour! It's wonderful.

Oh my Gawwd!!! Draco is in looove! Nah-nah...nah-nah..naaah_naaah!!! :-)
    ...and so is Harry.

So, I take it they're going to have this tug-o'-war..for how long?
Because, frankly I see where Draco is coming from, he wants
'insurance'. If anything happens with Harry, he has his backup plan,
    which is Laura.

..and Harry is just swimming in denial. *tsk*

Regarding your response: I had supposed that it will need to come to that, Harry gaining freedom from the spell in order to sort out his feelings. If/when it does, I hope it doesn't hurt Draco as much as I expect it will. I understand where Harry is coming from, truly, but lately I'm coming to find that life rarely provides an opportunity for us to separate feelings from their causes.

Onward to the next chapter. Thanks!

Well Draco wants to play the field, fine but Harry gets to do the same. Totally fair and if Draco doesn't like it, then that's just too bad. Harry's a catch, except for the back eating tentacles, but that's something you save for like the 3rd date.

...Their first kiss! Finally they have made some progress - both really are careful and stubborn about this - or we can say they are serious about this! Just feeling happy!

I have to admit, that I don t like when someone use characters of my favorit books in M/M. I love originals, but surprisingly I like The Marriage of True Minds as well Contracted. Alhough I need to stomache, that you use Draco and Harry in ways, I wouldn t like to see them, I am still amazed how you can use dialogues- twist them, you have quite original ideas, and your update rate is jusr WOW. (tiny woice in my head want s to ask you, that when you are finished with The Marriage of True Minds and Contracted, wouldn t you like to start a original?) Ugh, well this sounds kind of close minded, but in the end I read your stories and overcame my dislike of M/M fanfic and just posting means, well, you surprised me in these two and I wonder what will happen next and keep your spirit and hope this sound more positive like opposite(sorry for my grammar, I cant speak/write english fluently).

Great chapter! I'm glad Draco and Harry had a more honest conversation about some very important aspects of their relationship. And they finally kissed too!
I'm a bit confused, though, because when Draco started courting Laura he thought that he may not need it if Harry accepted the bond, but now he seems intent on courting her no matter what. I understand his reasons for wanting to keep the courtship, but shouldn't he give a chance to his marriage too if Harry becomes interested? I know that Harry isn't completely there yet, but they have made definite progress and are both attracted to each other, and Harry seemed to say in this chapter that if Draco let go of Laura he wouldn't look for someone else either. Doesn't that mean that Harry would give their relationship a try and Draco should do the same?
Or is Draco waiting until after they try the ritual? Because I think that if the ritual doesn't work and they stay married, Draco should definitely get the courage to give up his courtship of Laura and try and make his relationsip with Harry work. I just hope that if the ritual does work they'll still have feelings for each other and will try and build on it. Wishful thinking? :)
Also, how can Harry imagine he could have a sexual relationship with another man (or woman) with his serious trust issues, particularly when people touch him? Doesn't he realise how much it took to get where he is with Draco, which is still not a perfect situation, even though they had the bond and many occasions to strengthen it? From a purely technical perspective, he sounds a bit too optimistic about this, or he hasn't really thought the whole thing through... But maybe actually trying will make him realise it? Even though it will make Draco very jealous - but it could also give Malfoy the courage and determination he seems to still be lacking? (wishful thinking again?)

    About Ch 29:

Ahhh! I want to scream at Draco for being afraid enough that he'll let Harry go off with someone else! I wish one of them had said, yes, I want to do these other things but I want you more. *sighs dramatically* Oh well, I suppose in the meantime I'll just have to dream about what would have happened if Draco had found somewhere to press Harry against or a wonderous future chapter where there is a second meeting in the rose garden after all their experimentation leads to nothing but thoughts of each other... Lovely chapter! I can't wait for the next one!
