Reviews for The Marriage of True Minds

I am really interested how their relationship/date will turn out - will they meet unexpected person, e.g. Draco's intended court? And how will Lucius react once he knows about this. BTW, I believe that would be good for Harry, as he will learn more about parenting in the end...

i liked reading that narcissa might be getting closer to the truth about Harry's life with the Dursley's. It should be an interesting reaction when/if the truth comes out. I'm excited to read about the conversation Harry and Draco will be having in the garden. Both will probable learn some new and interesting things about each other.
The only trouble I had with this chapter is that it felt like some words were excluded from sentences. For example:* Draco nodded. "You needn't fear that I'll you get away with dictating everything," he said.*

Wow, I just absolutely love this story! I find Harry and Draco are taking their friendship/now relationship at just the right pace to be very realistic. The raw emotion of kinship, fear and longing really grab me as a reader and I feel connected to the story.

I must say, this story is one of my top favs of yours by far.

Please update soon, I'm pretty much hooked :)

In-ter-es-ting. Will Harry ever get to the point where he's comfortable enough to unburden about his past to Narcissa? I think he'd have to make a LOT of progress before he's up for that.
I'm sort of ambivalent about the ritual to dissolve the marriage bond. On one hand I'd like harry andd draco to be able to explore any feelings they have for eachother with out the push of the bond, but on the other, would Harry stay without it?
They still have a lot of leaarning about eachother to do.

I like your story a lot, bt you need to know that there is too little contact between them(of physical kind). And taking things slow for the plot is great but taking it real life(time) slow is frustrating the same way you have to wait for ppl to make up their mind in real life.
So,I hope something will happen in next chapter(at least a touch on the cheek).
Feelings do not occur without some body contact, that is they do not deepen into sexual action.
Sex isn't always related with emotion of love so I'm worried how will it ever occur when them two haven't touched in like 5 chapters.

Anyways, I hope you wont peg me as an impatient nag complaining over nothing.
I probably wouldn't even writting this if a certain lj writer of slash fiction didn't push all my wrong buttons two weeks ago with her whacko attitude towards reviewers who don't stuck their heads into her arse(and she has so many fans 'of that kind'LoL

You're story is one of my fav from this fandom(so far) but I gotta say what I felt when I reached the end of your last chapter.
    Kiss,c'mon.Just one:)))

..oh, and I really do enjoy the moments
between Harry & N-a-r-c-i-s-s-a. Now, if
only Harry would stop being an ass around
    her.

THAT was considered a 'date'??? *sigh* Men...

Please tell me the next place they go is a peaceful setting, with
nice scenery & a place to see the sunset...somewhat.

    Yes, I am a romantic...and damn proud!

Man. Harry is pretty rude in this, he seems to have a big issue in just saying anything to Draco that he'd probably re-think saying to anyone else. Actually he's getting on my nerves a bit. Harry really doesn't seem like the effort. I think I prefer the Harry in your stories where he's actively seeking a relationship, he's generally far less insecure. I really don't see how they'll actually progress into a happy relationship.

I know your writing enough to know this isn't the part where everything is smooth sailing and Draco drops Laura and Harry falls in love and then they find/adopt/surrogate/mpreg some babies and life is grand forever. I'm glad that doesn't happen. But I kind of wish it would happen! Ah, the effects of well-written drawn out suspense. :) I am SO glad that Draco has some new perspective. Hopefully Harry will get some eye opening food for thought as well. Eagerly looking forward to their 'dates' just about as much as I am eagerly hoping that they get nowhere with the spell (or, better yet, have it fizzle with no awful side effects). I'm sure that won't happen, and I'll end up loving it all the more. Thanks for dedicating so much of your time to this story!

    Good, they're clearing the air.
Draco can't help his slyth tendencies, he's freakin slytherin for goodness sake. Sheesh but I can understand how Harry would want someone mor up front. The idea of giving up his safety net plan must scare the bootie out of Draco though.

I think that Draco seriously just needs to admit his feelings. Harry already has, so why can't he? And it's ironic if he thinks that admitting it will make him lose Harry when I think thats all he needs to do to win him over.

And as for the ring. I am torn. It keeps them together but at the same time it's too much of an excuse for Harry to deny his feelings. And Draco relies to heavily on it for a reason that they are good together. Maybe removing it now would be a good idea to show them that even without it they still want one another. But at the same time that ring means so much. They even touch it when they need comfort. It has so many memmories tied into it, it is more than just a wedding ring now....

By the way I love the story so far, and even though it's frustrating I still cant stop reading. I just love those cute moments that make your heart race. And as annoying as it is the frustrating moments get me hooked too, though they also induce ranting haha.

This is what I believe the greatest challenge for them to cross - different perception of love and family! What will make Draco become more open and willing to change? A challenge from another suiter? Or Lucius taking off the bond? Or the real possibility that the ritual can dissolve the bond? Also now Harry admits his affection and attraction towards Draco, even he feels bad because he is keeping something from Draco, his feelings may run deeper than he realizes...will he be the one to pursuit what he wants?

    Wow...

Until now, I didn't realize just how despereate Draco is to make this marriage work... But right now I don't think that it would be good for them if they stayed in it. At least Harry would be more comfortable if he could make his own decision about it.
Can't wait for the next chapter, really^^

Daaamn Harry! Relentless is a word you know NOTHING of! O_o
But, I see his POV AND I got the feeling that he feels more
for Draco than what he wants to AND he would be the spouse
Draco wants him to be, though there IS that pesky problem
of 'what to do about children'.

Good LAWD Draco! Use that Slytherin brain of yours and THINK!
Give him what he wants and you WILL have Harry. You'll just
have to work at it..and courting really is the answer. Because
Harry is used to pursuing and not being pursued.

Draco needs to REALLY see holding onto Harry is like holding
onto a bird in a gilded cage and Harry needs to see the marriage
bond has nothing to do with feelings, though it connects both
spouses so they'll know what is happening to one another in a
    'physical' sense.

    Right?

    I like it when Harry isn't a total basket-case.
