I'm impressed with Draco, frankly I think I'd drop Harry if he had nasty sucker face tentacles coming out of his back.

Obviously the bond is working, it is using all it can have to change Harry's feeling...yet the question is: how does Harry feel about this whole event? And for Draco, I don't know where does the possessiveness and protectiveness come from, yet he does have an advantage over Ginny - he is more accustomed to and is willing to accept the new Harry, e.g. the wounds, the darkness and the fear...

BTW, who is the culprit? Who can get pass the wards of the Ministry?

Have I already told you how awesome your story is and you as a writer are? If not, I apologise. You have real talent at constructing your stories and crafting your characters (particularly: you've written many stories about Harry and Draco and you've managed to make the story and them different each time!), and this story is a prime example of it.
I love how the relationship between Harry and Draco has evolved so subtly on both sides. Now I only wished Harry would let go of his stubborn misconceptions and Draco would let himself feel more instead of following family rules (although I think he's definitely making progress, as Narcissa has perceptively noticed). It feels obvious now that Harry has let himself open up and trust Draco like with no-one else before, and I can't see how he can still expect a normal relationship with Ginny with his traumas. Also, he keeps thinking that the marriage bond influences and controls his feelings, but it seems to me (although I could be wrong) that the bond strengthens depending on their actions and feelings, it doesn't decide for them but is fed by their trust in each other... Of course, with his friends against it, it is not helping Harry get over his hesitations. I wonder how you'll make him realise that he only thinks he's in love with Ginny because he's idealised their couple (in my opinion). Plus, the relationship between Draco and him is still platonic at the moment, so that's also something I look forward to see you work on.
Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful story with us!

The description of the beast in Harry's back was terrifying. I love your pacing with this story, but each revelation makes me greedy for more.

I love your story but I understood what happened to Harry while he was locked up for so long in the dark and horrible scars these AHG, it scares me.
Draco ever closer to Harry that Harry maybe I love it arrives.

I just finished chapter 21, and I enjoyed that Harry's feelings for Draco are strengthening into something close to an actual romantic relationship, although Harry doesn't think so just yet. I also liked that there was a little Draco/Ron interaction. If Harry and Draco do end up together, than I'm guessing Draco will need to interact with Harry's friends fairly regularly, and vice versa.

Harry! You are so frustratingly stubborn! The tenderness and care that Draco showed Harry was just lovely in this chapter. As ever, thank you for dedicating so much of your time to writing these stories! I am always captivated. Can't wait for the next update!

Let me just say that I love this series! It's interesting to see you play out the process of Harry and Draco going from mostly strangers to almost in love. I just finished the 21st chapter and I thought it was the best yet. I was so happy when Harry let Draco take care of him, and all of the kind things he told Draco made me blush :). Thanks so much

heh, Harry's cute when he's all tired and kittenish. still, what does it take to get through to him that the M bond may not be such a bad thing after all?

This definitely can be counted as the turning point (in the eyes of Draco) of their relationship (or no turning point in the viewpoint of the marriage)...what they experience and share in no way can Ginny and others understand, or replace. Now it is not only about Harry's secret (actually, how much does Harry tell Ron, Hermione and Ginny - I knew Harry wrote them down so that they could know - is it in details and in depth?), but also the acceptance of 'what' Harry is now....A murderer? A monster (Harry's own idea)? A victim? Or all 3 of them?

Harry's too kind, he really needs someone who can think and care for him, who is willing to place his own good and benefit above rules.

Finally, who will Harry choose to stand beside him, or help him to find his new self?

i don't know why i do this, or why it happens but every time, and i do mean every time, i come across one of your stories i get this thought of 'hmmm no i don't think thats my kind of story' and every single time i end up starting to read it. and by the end of the first chapter i'm hooked. then i look at your name and go 'well no da i'm hook it's so and so's writing.' you have to be one of my favorit authors here. keep up the good work.

wow, those rings are one hell of a wake up call. How many more bands will the rings get I wonder and ty for the new info on Harry's scars. Whether he likes it or not, Draco is getting closer to him. This time around though, I recon it was the Marriage Bond and Draco that saved Harry's sanity. Is it just me or is Harry doing all the (albietly mostly by acccident) active parts in making the Marriage Bond generate new bands or is that just the way it works; you know the forcibly married partner doing the most to effect the bond.

Chapter 20 is a thing of beauty! And I especially love Draco in this chapter, how he acted, and his regard for Harry at such a nerve wracking moment, is what really makes him a worthy husband in my mind.
