FINALLY! They caught someone! Hope they make some
    headway of some sort.

by the way, is there some place on this site that lets
you know what certain abbrvs. for stories mean, like EWE?
    ***********
Whenever someone says that, that chapter is always the
same length as all the others!

-oh I know THAT, it just that the chapter was so engaging...and
so sweet..that it felt like it just flew by, esp. with the interaction
    between Harry & Draco.

Another great ending! You had me very afraid there for a while, though. Good quick thinking and action on Draco's part, but I'm starting to think that the Ministry should give Harry constant bodyguards with how often people try to kill him! Plus, it doesn't look very good for the Ministry when Harry is attacked inside and in front of it, doesn't it? Do they have Aurors guarding his hospital room at least?
But at least something good came out of all this (depending on whose perspective, though), since the bond is even stronger now. Is the iron band the last that can be added to the ring or are there more? Harry and Draco must have massive rings now... Oh and the entire mess should definitely distract reporters from the fake photos too!
Now it's made quite obvious to Ron and Ian that Draco cares deeply for Harry, which means that Harry will have some explaining to do. Plus, Draco is probably going to get crazy protective and possessive of Harry now! Poor Harry better sleep peacefully while he still can...
By the way, do the sparks that Harry sees coming from Draco have a particular significance? Is it linked with the fact that they shared blood and magic? And is that going to have some consequences for them?

...It is so good to see such new development - it just proves they all care and love Harry so much to put down their differences and stand together. BTW, would Ian make new move as he can see the strong feelings between Draco and Harry? Or would Harry talk with Ian later?

d'awwww. Draco is CUTE when he's plotting on Harry's behalf. It's awesome that Harry's relaxed enough to trust him to do so, however relucatantly. And getting Ron involved. Priceless. That cow wont know what hit her. bwhahahaha.
Now harry has finnally acknowledged what he feels I wonder if this will make things easier or more complcated.

Aww man, that chapter was too short. :-(
    What was that...a tease?

BUT, it did give me warm feelings inside to
see good, intelligent men coming together to
    fight a not-so losing battle...and two people
    coming to a beautiful understanding.

Oh, great ending! Now that Harry has realised it, I wonder when Draco will do too... Also, if Draco and Harry become more possessive of each other, Harry will probably be more bothered by Draco's courtship and could become more uncomfortable with Ian. I love how each other's touch affects them particularly too.
It was also great to see Draco and Harry trying to understand each other more, and how Harry's friends and husband got together to plan Harry's protection. I hope that Ron observing Draco interact with Harry will make him more accepting of Draco, because Harry would need his friends to get along with his husband. Hermione is another issue because she hasn't seen Harry with Draco yet and I don't know how well Draco himself would interact with her, since he still has some prejudices. It's a shame because Hermione being so rational, I'm sure that if she saw that Draco could be good for Harry she would accept him. Don't you think? And is there a confrontation between Draco and Hermione planned? Maybe if she wants to inquire about the ritual?
By the way, since the bonding ring is made of bands of several metals signifying different things, could it be possible that if Lucius canceled the marriage only the initial bands would break, but the later and more meaningful ones would stay? Only a hypothesis, though. :)
Sorry for all these questions, I'm just very interested in your story and its development!

...would Lucius take drastic action so as to get what he wants? Or would Narcissa take that matter on her hands?

BTW, naughty Potter...such naughty thoughts....surely that can spike things up! BTW, what is the reaction of Ian?

Naughty naughty Pansy. Loved Harry's response to Lucius, and really enjoyed the mixture of relationships between Laura, Draco, Harry, and Ian. Looking forward to more interactions, especially with Laura, she seems like a very interesting character, and potentially dangerous when Draco fully realizes he wants no one else but Harry.

    Well done :)

    1. I must admit that was funny, Mama 'Cissa said
to GO..HOME..NOW! :-)I really like your portrayal
of her in your stories, no one else quite does it
    like you, Teach.

    2. Apparently, Pansy has a death wish..and forgot
what family she was dealing with. Oh well...

hm.....pansy "done screwed up". I can't wait to see the retribution she'll have to face from one Narcissa Malfoy. I wonder what the response from the public will be like...poor harry. He had a calm facade while looking at the photographs but its a very embarrassing situation to be in even if the photos were twisted.
Anyways....I liked the confrontation between Lucius and Harry. Seems like he will have less reason to smile to himself. Though I am curious about what else he has planned since confronting harry couldn't possibly be it.

But I thought the children issue wasn't really an issue since they had other means to have children than sleeping with someone else? Or is it still an issue because Harry and Draco haven't really talked about these other possibilities yet? Maybe they should if their feelings for each other grow stronger.
Now both of them seem conflicted about the bond because they both seem to want the other to stay. They even seem to have put aside the ritual for now (or is it only wishful thinking?). And would the bond really break if Lucius wanted to, now that it has become so strong? Still, I wonder what Lucius's real intentions are... But I loved how Draco looked in awe of Harry for standing up to him! And I loved Harry for doing so and feeling protective of his marriage. Although really, compared to the beast Lucius must not look like much of a threat to Harry...
Also, since Laura seems like a strong and independent woman who could have lots of choices for a potential husband, I wonder if she'll continue the courtship if she realises that Harry and Draco are falling harder for each other. Even though it would be a marriage of convenience, would her pride allow her to be such a third wheel in the relationship? Particularly if Draco continues to pay more attention to Harry than her. Unless she wants Draco to realise that by himself and she's merely indulging his whims at the moment?
Finally, was Pansy's 'gift' just because she's jealous Draco didn't marry her? Seems quite petty and dangerous, considering she's dealing with the Malfoys and Harry Potter...

    About Ch 34:

Hmm... I'm actually rather grateful for Pansy in this chapter. I'd completely forgotten about her but this situation gives me some interesting thoughts. Harry and Draco haven't really had a run in with the press yet but it is always something that would affect their relationship eventually. That Pansy has made sure their first real battle with the Prophet will be over something so personal will not only show to two of them that they can trust each other but also give them something to fight against together. I'm looking forward to some funny paper headlines in the next chapter as well as some Malfoy brand justice.

tch of course she's gone. Whoever's behind this ain't slow, that's for sure.

I wonder what Luc is plotting now. He seems a bit non entity atm.

Oh, oh, Pansy, sweety, you REALLLLLY shouldn't've done that. THIS is going to hurt... I look forward to it.
    Mwha ahaha ha.
