He's been out that long??? I never had that impression, it always
seemed like he was inside the Shack everytime he brewed a potion.

I liked that spell! It's always good to see a scene where Draco & Harry
combine their powers and do something miraculous.

I take it you're going to settle things between Draco & the Slytherins before
you start anything serious between him & Harry?

Another wonderful chapter! I loved the conversation between Snape and Harry. It truly shows that he's actually seeing Harry as he is, instead of like he's only James's son. Bravo! And as for the Slytherins and Draco, if he only gets Goyle back, then that should be enough, I suppose. Blaise seems to be extremely reluctant to even try to come to terms with what happened and just wants to blame and hate Draco. As for Daphne, I'm not so sure about her. And I *am* curious about Theo's reaction as well, since you didn't mention it at all. Do we get to see what Pansy has been up to since the last time the boys saw her? And thanks for the late birthday wishes!

Part when Harry told Zabini, that he is practically worse like Draco was ... interesting :D. And: You want to shag him, priceless. I would like to see Ron s reaction overhearing that. Ehm, and at the end, You

considering wwhat he's been living under, i suppose it's no surprise that draco hasn't thought much about what he'll do in the future.
Har either really. He's gone from "i;m not going to have a fecking future," straight into helping with draco's problem so he wouldn't have thought much about it either. there's a lot he could do though. if he didn't want to be an auror anymore he could go for a healer, or maybe a dueling instructor or private dada coach... or he could do the auror training and then leave and do something else... so many possibilities... just need to take care of there little d.e. and luc ? prob first.

Well I have to think Draco does deserve a stint in prison. He's a bad boy.

McGonagall wanted him to write an essay about his future? Interesting... And the comment about opening the agency to help Malfoys and what that would completely entail amused me to no end. Although, there's trouble with the perfect couple. How sad. Hermione does have the bad habit of underestimating poor Ron's capabilities outside of strategy. I sympathize with his frustrations. For him to see the woman he loves going through such hardships and not being allowed to help hurts him and she's not even thinking about that. And Snape's letter was just so Snape that I chuckled. Paranoid and to the point without any hint of friendliness at all, as if it would kill him again. Silly man. And Draco... He knows *nothing* about Harry but is more than willing to accuse Harry of the same thing? But, then he wants to be surprised when Harry agrees and asks to know him better.... And I do so love the line about Slytherins being some of the best people he knows. How very true that is, even if they are difficult to get along with sometimes. Oh, and what a wonderful (and unexpected) birthday present! I was eagerly awaiting this update and to have it on the 17th made it all the better. Thanks and I'm waiting for the next chapter, of course! Still need to know what's going on with Lucius!

Aww...that was such a sweet ending, in a manly way of course. :-p
But, I'm glad Harry is slowly winning Draco over and in turn hopefully
Draco will open up a bit more.

I can't wait for the issue between Draco & the Slytherins to be resolved, so they
can, hopefully, let go of their feelings on what happened & 'discuss' how they felt
about the matter, when they've calmed down later on.

I, ALSO, hope you resolve the issue on Snape...don't you think the man has been
stuck in the shack long enough?

So, Harry did manage to keep Draco's secret from McGonagall, even incurring her wrath against himself to protect him. How very sweet and Harry-like! And Draco just blurts how that Harry's in love with him? No build up? Just out in the open? A little anti-climatic... And I can see why Draco would be confused about his own feelings, considering everything that's gone on in their lives, although his reaction to Harry's answer of when he began to feel differently towards Draco was enough to make me want to both hug and smack him. He's so dramatic sometimes. -.- Towards the end of the chapter, I was leaning more towards smacking him though. Self-defeatism is never attractive. Draco's just lucky that Harry's in love with him enough to see past that. This was a nice interlude in a whole line of bullshit they have to deal with. I'm still waiting on the conclusion of the whole "Is it Lucius or isn't it?" situation.
