...hope there is a way allowing Harry to learn about the Potter family, perhaps from the books?

Draco reacted when they met the gossipy women at the ministry... Harry thought it was because Draco wasn't acknowledged with his title. But will it occur to Harry that Draco probably reacted because she called him Auror Potter and not Malfoy?

poor har, i guess for him the past is truly past. i wonder what happens to things like that... to the vaults and the inheritance and so on.
i hope malfoy (and cissa) can give him that sense of family sooner or later cause he's all the family har's ever going to have now.

Great chapter as always. I am really enjoying the development of the story and the relationship growing between Draco and Harry. Only one thing confused me in this last chapter. Why could Harry not be able to open the Potter box? How does the demi marriage remove his "Potter Blood". Technically, Draco still has "Black Blood" even though he is born a Malfory. I thought he took the Malfoy name and maybe some of the blood in the demi marriage to be considered a Malfoy. And why would Draco as a pure blood knowing how the Malfoys put spells the Family documents think that Harry could assess the Potter box if Harry no longer has "Potter Blood" because of the demi marriage?

I know I don't have much patience but Harry & Draco don't seem to be growing closer to each other very fast.

Finally caught up with all the missing chapters...really, anxious to see how will they dance around each other, hoping to see more emotions from both of them!

I bet Harry might have more power in this demi marriage than he realizes, maybe draco shouldn't give him all those books

    about #21...

    1. It hit me while reading this, you never mention Harry's looks
anymore. I think sometimes it helps to be reminded that he has changed
on the outside at least, for now. :-)

    2. The nerve of Blaise! What's he trying to pull? See if Harry was more
than interested in Draco, there would have been a WWF smackdown in the
Manor. Though right now, you are making one of my fantasies somewhat come
    true.

I was going to mention something else, but the sandman calls...

hmmm, seems draco's got a case of ideal and reality not meshing as he would have liked... and he preferes the reality, no matter how unnerving. ron and mio are right though. atm har is all duty and he's going to shatter if he tries to keep that up for good.

the hell? i agree, that offer from Blaise and his reactions have the decided scent of fish to them. why in the world would he think it would be up to har only? i think draco is right too, he and har would work quite well as partners.

The idea that Harry is no where near as powerful as Draco had thought is a recurring theme and I have to admit I am very curious to see where that is going. I like that it is a subtle background thought that Draco keeps having. I also wonder how much of that thought is true.

So they really do feel something for each other. I wish they would work on a real relationship between them & try to figure out how deep & how far that relationship goes or could go. After all they've known each other since they were 11 yrs old and constantly if nastily interacted. So there had to be a good amount of passion worked up over the yrs or they would have been bored & not so involved in picking at each other. It will be interesting to see Draco & Hermione & Ron try to get along & maybe work on getting Draco back in society in some what the same as Harry is doing.
