    Progress! Will be excited to read about how Harry's friends react & treat Draco in the next episode. Kind of sounds like Harry feels that Draco has to do all the changing & getting along. What happens if his friends say Harry has to choose between them & Draco? Draco seems to have grown & changed a lot since school.

    well, like that wasn't embarrassing at all. >> still, draco remains free and if he's not super friendly, he's not antagonistic either and they have chance to make a go of it outside the house. be interesting to see if they can swing it.

    oh poor Ron his brain must be running a mile a minute trying to figure out what is the next move in the Malfoy disaster as I'm sure he has termed it. I do hope that Draco and Harry will have a decent conversation. Ah the wizenmagot a group of pompous, overbearing, stunted minds I have never had the bad fortune of meeting.

    I don't know why but it almost feels sad in a way, that they are
    so close, but neither one can acknowledge how they truly
    feel, because of uncertainty...and duty. :-(

    Another lovely chapter. Ron's reaction made me giggle. He wasn't all that shocked, and I'm happy about that. There's hope for Harry and Draco yet, if Draco can learn to trust Harry with his own friends. The meeting with the committee didn't go as I had thought, but it was better than I imagined. Now, these two boneheads (as my grandmum would have said) are going to sit down and talk, or am I going to have to get my whooping stick?

    well, there's spectacularly sucky timing. just as they were having their first couple y blazing row. not to mention malfoy is still suspect. they'll have to work bloody hard at it if they want their relationship to survive outside the hot house.

    I get that Harry is unsure about how he feels for Draco as a lover because of the way that they got together, but I feel rather sorry for Draco. His inability to want to see that Harry's friends are important to them and the hit to Harry were really childish and demanding. He seems rather spoiled in this chapter, and that was something that I didn't think about when reading the other chapters.
    I do hope that they can get beyond this fracas now that they're free and can come to terms with what really happened between them. Once Harry stopped fighting it, they were rather good as a team. That's what he needs to remember, not Draco's little spat.
