How interesting that they were both "at the same event" so to speak but saw it so differently. I'm really anxious to read the next couple of chapters. I can't believe that Harry seems so cold & didn't seem to really get into it.But I guess he refused to let himself & wants the perfect person in the perfect place etc. Disappointed in him not realizing or believing
that Draco was reaching out to him here and there...trying, which is more than Harry was willing to do.

They are finally getting the idea. Harry keeps thinking/feeling what a dumb spoiled brat Draco is. I think Harry is worse.
He or they really just need to settle down & cut out thinking like they are kids at Hogwarts. Harry talks & acts like Hermione & Ron are perfect be all end alls while Draco is garbage. I know they are the 1st friends Harry had but geez..
he could make more friends if he didn't make everyone else feel unworthy. As always, enjoy your writing. You always come up with great story ideas!

poor malfoy... is that all it takes to get him hard? still, patronus sort of got through, that's hopeful right?

    honey hair *snicker*

I'm surprised that Draco admitted that to Harry. And that the kitchen cupboards didn't burst open with food at the progress lol

I love this story so much!

What I'm getting from this chapter is that Harry is in denial about his gay tendencies, whether he's gay or bi. Is that correct?

stereotypical indeed. obviously the misfired spell doesn't factor in that even lovers will want a break from each other from time to time. a moment or two of solitude to collect thoughts and so on. rather harsh dumping them down like that. If they get seriously injured somehow or attempt to injure each other in er... blazing passion, will the house intervene? I've known some couples who, while they do indeed love each other dearly, have blazing, possibly stuff flinging rows.

This is a really great piece of fiction. The characters and the plot are developing at a good pace, and the little bouts of humour you throw in are fantastic. I can't wait to read more and see the development of Harry and Draco's relationship!

oh my gosh poor Harry! He 'could have seen something'! lol That was hilarious... Harry spazzing out because he might see Draco naked lol. I also loved how he did his imitation of a 'squashed spider'... hilarious imagery that was totally perfect :)

Interesting that they touched on the subject of Snape since they would each have totally different views of him... and they are both right.

Well, patronus can get out. That's hopeful at least and they have an exercise pool at least. Do they have a training room?
Poor har, all that confinement as a kid has made him rather anti confinement as an adult. he'll cope I think, but it won't be easy. Well, at least it won't be as awkward being in house that assumes you're lovers and does it's best to promote that with malfoy than it would be with say Ron? Har and Draco don't really know each other but they can learn... they'll have too.

It's interesting that the house took into account Harry's preferences too. That will give Draco a hint of what Harry likes :)

this story seems like it could turn out very interesting. It's a unique idea. I look forward to seeing how long it takes them to figure out what the house wants (and I'd like to know what it wants too, I've only got a vague idea). Draco seems a bit whiny about the whole thing, I'd expect him to bit more mad and less whiny regarding being stuck with Harry.

lol this is cute. I like that Harry is stuck with a whiny Malfoy even though Harry is trying to think of him as another auror. Don't think that will work lol.
