So I guess my review didn't send (the screen went white so if you got it then sorry for a second) but I just wanted to say I really liked your song (thought I couldn't hear some of the words probably because my speakers are shite) I liked the chapter very much and feel that the bond between the two is strengthened now; but what happened with Harry--and why didn't she confess she didn't sleep with Blaise (surely her guild would have made her at least admit it after being appalled by his suggestion? I am in need of more information lol. On a side note--any thought into Hermione trying to find a way to get Narsissa out early? (sorry that's been going through my mind since Draco said it happened because someone spoke up about the torture. Anyway, can't wait to read more!

Hi so sorry for the late review I'm like three chapters late, but I'm glad that I'm glad to be reviewing again. I was sick for the last couple of days and I'm still feeling sluggish, but I have to say I'm liking the direction of the story, wow harry was very dark and I'm feeling so sick but I'm cutting this review short. I love these chapters though and I'm loving it too.

Alright I know i have said it before, but seriously this time it is gonna be short.

The scenes with Harry were heartbreaking. If the books had been a bit darker THIS is the Harry I would have expected to see come out of the war, I mean he has been tortured, had to listen to his best friend get tortured and then watch as one by one watch his loved ones die, and to top it all off he has died himself, I mean he got better but still. The boy is so obviously broken and doesn't know how to handle it and having a madman's soul latched onto you for over 15 years and messing with your head wouldn't help matters. He just want's to go back or run away to a simpler time and place where it was just him,Ron and Hermione and things actually made sense and the world wasn't looking at them to fix all of it's problems. It was also the perfect callback to the scene in Deathly Hallows where Hermione, at the end of her rope, suggested that they just forget about everything, the war, the people and just go somewhere and quote "grow old". Was sad to see Hermione realize just how broken her original tovarasi are at this point. This story honestly feels more realistic than the original story simply because in canon, they won the big fight and then lived happily ever after. Reality is so much more like this story. Here you have shown the after effects of being in the thick of a bloody war and managing to survive it but only after almost losing everything you hold dear. It also brings up another fact, these kids probably did not expect to survive the fight and if they did, had absolutely no idea what to do next. It's just like your Hermione said, "What use was a war hero in peace time?".

(Fuck!!! and I said this was gonna be a short one, sorry lol)

Looks like our little Lioness is learning a few new tricks and she now has the help of someone who she wouldn't feel all to guilty about testing them on. And malfoy-sigh-:

Loved the new chapter. I do have a ff account, but I'll have to look it up. Haven't used it in ages. My email is moryen at yahoo dot com. Funny how I won't give my email to some of my family, but I feel perfectly comfortable sharing it here.

This chapter was definitely needed. I like how you began to bring them closer; however, HARRY? I can't wait to see what happens next and why he's there!

I should comment on the whole chapter but I can't think straight.

    OMG!!! HARRY!!!!!!!!! YES!!!!!

Yes, that's what we call a cliffhanger!
I wanted to have him back SO MUCH! Maybe him more than Ron even.

Okay, let's rewind: I liked their girls' night. As for the Hermione/Isobel friendship

I must say, you have me not only intrigued, but hooked. You're dealing with the aftermath of a war with far more realism and empathy than I have ever seen before. If I didn't know better (and who says I do), I would say that you have first hand experience. This is now on my 'check obsessively for updates' list. Let me know if you need to bounce ideas off of me, or if you need a beta. This is truly remarkable.

Ok this time, this review will be a reasonably short one. VERY interesting having Isobel and Hermione bond given their respective backgrounds, that was a very good call. The daughter of a Death Eater finding a sort of kindred spirit in the Muggleborn who helped topple her father's masters regime. The soda part made me crack up a bit because it just goes to show you how out of touch wizards are with even the most basic Muggle things. But this line:

"She was nurturing them." - I love the double meaning here. I wonder if Hermione would have seen it. Was the Mother nurturing them, or was Hermione? Or to add another layer, could Tedora have been nurturing them from afar? Oh, the wonder of one little four word sentence can bring... love it!!
