Hermione is such a baby. What did she think would happen? I love how everyone expects Harry to be anyone but himself. They know deep down what he is but when slapped n the face with it they are like "OMG! You are not the Harry I know and love!!" Hopefully he finds a counter for Draco.

Huh??? What the hell just happened? I don't understand Hermione at all. Just what has Harry done that is so underhanded that it would justify that extreme reaction? Maybe I need to go back and read from the beginning because I was frankly flabbergasted by Hermione's actions in this chapter.

I really think that Hermione is being stupid here. Harry has not done ONE THING that is underhanded by the conventional definition of the word. Everything he has done has been out in the open.

Yes, he has acted like a 'dictator' but only when he has been defending himself, his friends, or Hogwarts. Hermione needs to realize that when you are not talking about actually killing someone, there is a lot of 'grey area' in the world. That area of killing someone is the only 'black' area.

A good story and I hope to see more in the future.

Ouch, my feels were all over the place in this chapter.

I knew the confrontation was coming, but I thought it would be more like this

I adored the talk though and am glad you dedicated a whole chapter to it, it needed to happen. The thing is, BOTH of them were right and wrong in some cases and made some good points towards each other. Harry IS letting his personal feelings and vendettas cloud his judgement and making him impulsive. When you have the kind of power to do what he can do, you CANNOT let yourself go off like that at every provocation or get into the mindset that just because you are stronger than everyone else that it means you can do what you like. Harry is in his mind trying to do what he feels is right but not focusing enough on the ramifications. I recall and old saying:

"The road to hell is paved with good intentions"

Hermione on the other hand is not helping matters by leaving and by doing so taking away Harry's biggest morality chain. With her and Ron at Hogwarts they could at least keep Harry more grounded and talk sense when he loses his temper. Now with them gone Harry will be more inclined to listen to people who have no moral qualms about playing dirty and adapting a more eye for an eye mentality. The talk also shows how she cannot and will not resort to using morally grey tactics which is both a strength and a weakness.

Broke my heart to see a friendship that was legendary take a hit like this. From Harry's perspective he is seeing his best friend start to fear and distrust him while Hermione see's a man who has been like a brother to her going down a path she can't follow and slowly becoming the very thing they sacrificed so much to destroy. I would love to see how Ron see's things and whether or not he will actually leave with Hermione. Poor guy stuck choosing between the 2 people he loves the most.

Hopefully they can reconcile and not come into conflict. Harry may be nearly all powerful but Hermione is called the "brightest witch of her age" for a reason and given ample time and planning can show that she damn well earned the title and that it is not just for show. Hell those boys would have been dead 10 times over throughout the years without her lol.

-waits patiently for the next chapter-

Naw, no need to explain or it would be too much to explain, I'm having a fine time with your story as is. It was just a thought. I have to say Hermione is making me mad...stubborn, self rightous, as usual only she can be 100% right. I hope she & Ron do go and think it through. Maybe they will figure it out!

Reading - enjoying - not sure I always follow the ministry's thinking and doing or Harry's & Draco's either. Doesn't matter
    to my enjoyment I guess.

Wow. Don't tickle a sleeping dragon, indeed! Maybe now the Wizengamot will take Harry seriously and start to realize just how stupidly they've handled the situation up to this point. Right, that'll happen. *rolling eyes*

    Fantastic chapter!

    about # 33...

    1. *jumps excitedly* Kill 'em Harry! KILL 'EM DEAD!!! :-D

Yes, Ladies & gentlemen...you have angered a young man and now the Dark Lord has entered
the room! It's time to open up a can of 'whoop ass', because he'll be taking names of the
    casualties! :-) *cackles* Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

I just LOVE a powerful Harry..gets my blood flowing. :-p

    2. Before I forget for the umpteenth time, I wanted to ask you...will HArry be
getting a familiar being associated with Hogwarts? I know everyone has done the snakes,
but what about..a kitten? As a matter of fact, when was the last time you wrote HArry had
a 'familiar', I think it was fifty years ago.

All in all, this chapter was alright..

That was awwwwwesome! Draco is going to be furious when he finds out what they did to him but I think he'll also be proud that he was able to be the one to protect Harry because he doesn't want to be the one always protected but an equal partner in the relationship.

I also loved the dragon that Harry first thought was a lump lol. And proving him guilty in front of everyone was perfect. The ministry and wizengamot (sp!) need to take a good look at themselves and realize that their own illegal practices are no longer going to be hidden from others.

Alright, not gonna lie.......but when Harry said "Draconis" and formed that magic dragon thing..........my mind immediately formed a scene of daenerys targaryen strutting into the room giving Harry a total "bitch please" look and saying

    "dracarys"

and burning the whole motherfucking place down with her 3 dragons.

......I'm going to hell for that I know.

But anyway, nice chapter, seems like Harry may have bitten off more than he could chew at the moment and Rosier ain't some light weight. Harry is now feeling the sting of politics and his usual threats might not work so he might need to kick it up a notch. Although I am interested on how Ron and Hermione view whats currently happening and whether or not they at least will discover Harry's relationship with Draco. Neither of them have any warm fuzzies for Draco and might not be too pleased about being kept in the dark.

Trap Dark Lord Potter? Ha! Fools they are!! Worse, they used Draco to attack Harry. As Harry as said himself: It is one thing to attack me, it is another to attack someone I care deeply for.
