I really am looking forward to seeing what happens next! I do hope that we get to see a very angry and powerful Harry respond to the attack on Draco that was meant fom himself. Great story as all your work is.

I shouldn't be surprised about the arc'ing [yeah yeah just go with it]...with so much going on. But that's
    good to hear.

You know for a moment, I thought Harry had a handle on the situation, but even I saw that he was 'a little boy
who just entered the ring where the big boys play', with NO backup strategy in the works...and Draco couldn't help
him. Rosier is definitely a man, who could have been an asset to Harry, if he wasn't such a...politician. Maybe a
    compromise in the future?

At least, he gets to fight out his frustration. :-)

Oh I was really wanting Harry to smite them all with his powerful magic! At least Draco is with him even if hidden. Sorry I'm human...I wanted Harry to get even for his horrible childhood, Dumbledor's trickery, Snape's unfairness, Voldemort's trying to kill him and the Ministry's evil etc. He and I are just tired...way tired of being a doormat or someones tool.

It just hit me..as much as I like to see Harry in action & the interactions
between HArry & Draco, what about seeing Draco in action? Here he is a Candidate
for Minister, but the last time we saw him in action was at the Ball I think?

When will he get to have the spotlight again?

lovely chapter and once again Harry is cock-blocked by bullshit lol

Hmm are any of these things Harry is doing going to have any serious repercussion's? I mean at the moment it is all reactionary but he is invoking his will on a few people and doing some serious magic mojo on them. It just seems like an easy opening for someone to say things like:

"hey now, don't talk about lord potter or he will come a knocking."

"Oh crap i just insulted Draco Malfoy, I best watch my back"

    "see, he is dangerous"

This is that double edged sword/morally grey area I mentioned in an earlier review. Now I admit those he has punished have been playing some dirty shit against him and to an extent deserve some form of punishment, but if it gets out that he can jack up and bend someones magic and or very being to his will, well that's a quick way to turn even his closest friends against him. Politics is a dirty game and while it is uncalled for that someone takes shots at him after all he has done and simply wants to run his school, he should hopefully realize that if someone has some dirt on Malfoy he can not interfere as it would give people the idea that he is Draco's weapon and make him a hypocrite. And to top it all off if anyone catches his little aide calling herself "his" death eater.....well that is going to raise a few eyebrows.

I love Harry, I like Draco and I enjoy where they are going with there relationship but Harry should not lower himself to other peoples levels or think his power gives him the right to do whatever like his enemies believe theirs does, Hogwarts is his turf, anywhere outside that should require him to at least try things through legal means, he still should have some friends in the ministry who could back him up. Having near absolute power comes with the price of developing a god complex and if his few allies start to shy away from him out of fear, Harry will quickly learn that it is lonely at the top.

Now you know for a fact that I love this story(even if I hate Lucius despite his minor appearance with the fire of 1001 suns) and this review was in no way a knock against you, if i did in fact offend you. Just sharing my thoughts.

-waits patiently for the next chapter-

methinks Draco is addicted to Harry showing his power lol. I like how Harry molds magic to do his will and I agree with Draco... it's very hot :)

Wow, just, wow...I've been distracted (trying to find a job and all) that I haven't been around to read often. However, I managed to get caught up today and I must say, Minerva's attitude and lack of care brought a few tears to my eyes. Such a deep stab of betrayal; two people Harry looked up to and trusted just admitted in a round-about fashion that they didn't care enough about him to check into abuse or anything of that nature. Because his bit of pain would be beneficial in the long run against Voldie? Ouch! Practically saying "You're the Savior of the Wiziarding World, but you're not important enough for me to care about." At least, that was my interpretation; I'm glad Draco was there for him. I hope no other teachers try to go against him, especially the ones who taught him. It's good that he accepts that he cannot control what others do, especially if they are not bound to him, but it must be aggravating to be constantly reminded others may do things because of his actions. Really now, it's not his fault if others are that stupid. So we had one brief moment of lovey-dovey interaction (that they may only think of as lustful or heated desire) but things have taken a step back because of all the chaos. Any more sweet moments to come soon, or will it have to wait until after Draco is elected Minister?

Keep up the good work, I'm eager to read more!

Has Rosenthal & Briseis ever met? I'm curious to know how that interaction
would turn out if they haven't. They seem real similar in temperament and
    attitude.

I don't think Minerva deserves to come back now. She should have to wait until the whole wizarding world has accepted that Harry is doing a great job and not out to take over everything. She shouldn't be able to be headmistress either *stomp* she doesn't deserve it! I'm glad that Ron has come to teach and it was cute how he picked what he wanted and demanded good pay lol. Minerva... I am so annoyed at her for believing a name would change who Harry was.

I never viewed Voldermort as powerful until I saw the movies, to me he just knew a lot of Dark magic.

    about #29...

My, has Harry become such a strong young man. I don't know what it is you're doing, but I feel as if
you have more of a connection with certain Harrys that you write...more so than others and it reflects
    thru your stories.

Harry as Dark Lord comes across very mature, as he should be. For what it's worth, the way you write him here,
he would make a very good Headmaster, despite whether or not he wants it.

...and his moment with Draco was nice, nothing sexual at all...just honest to goodness comfort, which is nice to read every now & then.

Thus, ends a very sweet chapter.

I like it when Harry is magically very powerful. Maybe he does things before he thinks things through but his heart is in the right place and I think he goes by instinct a lot. Maybe he thinks very very fast. So fast it looks like he's just doing not thinking. Sort of like he thinks faster then his mouth catchs up with his brain. So that he appears to be acting without thinking but he's really already thought it out. Well I know what I mean anyway.
