It makes sense that you have to consider a place a home before you could use something like that. You mentioning the Potter manor actually makes me wonder what kind of defence that manor would have called up - somehow I don't think it would be quite the same as the mist in the Black manor, considering the Blacks were darker than the Potters.

Anyway, another interesting chapter ^^ At first I had thought Hale was already siding with Harry when she showed him how many Aurors there were, but then I realized she meant it more as a warning that he and Draco were outnumbered.
I'm surprised that the Ministry mentioned the blood use, though. If anything it makes them look more stupid that they couldn't control their own experiments.

Ah well, looking forward to the next one ^^

I can't tell who is the most bad ass fighter. Though Harry is winning
    hands down, sorry Draco. :-)

Also, I'm really liking the Harry-Draco-Kreacher combo it's about time someone
gave that house elf some respect, Hermione would be proud!

Kreacher is going to be pissed off that the Aurors dared to destroy something that belongs to the Black home - unless he isn't that fanatical anymore? Somehow I have trouble envisioning that LOL

Was the mist that Draco called upon that aggressive because it was called into existence to defend in general, or was it that aggressive because it was called in the Black home? Sorry if this seems an unnecessary question - I just wondered about that because Draco seemed surprised that it acted so violent towards the Aurors. Which reminds me, if Harry knew that particular incantation, would he be able to call that mist as well, or can only Draco do that because he has the blood of the Blacks in his veins, unlike Harry who was only appointed heir by Sirius? (Although I guess he has some diluted Black blood in him, considering there was a marriage between a Potter and a Black in the past).

Sorry for the weird questions ^^; Anyway I really enjoyed the chapter as usual :)
And thanks for clarifying the bit about the different amount of stories on each site :)

So, basically this muthaf*** just wants more power & he's looking for the
strongest bloodline to get it. He doesn't know about Harry being a descendant,
    does he?

..and hey, even if Harry isn't one, just go with it. Now, that's a future idea
for a story that hasn't been done in a long time. :-I

Is Draco ever going to say how he felt about what Harry did to him? Because something
like that would cause a little resentment along the way.

Oh I Missed a chapter again, but yay for the guys getting some information.

And lol to Harry finally learning. Though I think Draco is very miffed about Harry saving his life (trust him :) it can only be Draco)

Good chapters, looking forward to another.

I find Draco a bit hypocritical in this chapter. He was angry at Harry for causing him that pain to rescue him from that spell, but he seemed to have forgotten that he himself has hurt Harry in the past. Granted he was under influence then, but he still hurt Harry. Yet Harry seemed to have had it a bit easier when it came to forgiving Draco.

Anyway as always it was an interesting chapter ^^ Looking forward to the next one :)
(P.S. Is there a reason why some fanfics on this site weren't posted on Fanfiction? I just noticed that you have a couple more fics on this site than you have on the other one ^^; )

Well, all's well that somewhat ends well...unless Kreacher
has something to add to it. :-) So, was something implanted in Draco
    because of that spell?

Hmm good question and now we have another player in the mix. You know I sometimes
wonder if Harry & Draco knew what they would have been getting into when they first
joined Socrates, would they have hightailed it out of the Auror Program and let someone
    else handle it?

I noticed something about Draco when it comes to Harry...he will take a hit for Harry, use
deadly curses to defend Harry & maybe kill for Harry. But damn, sometimes Harry gets on his nerves
when Harry does something exasperating during a case.

Well, I missed about 5 chapters there lol!

I like the way this is going, the reason behind it all has got to be good, and I am so glad Malfoy finally got Harry to realise his power (even if only a little bit hehe)

I like the introduction of new help too. Will be interesting to see where that goes,

    Thanks for the chapter.

    About #10....

Its good to see Draco let himself go every once in awhile....i honestly can't remember ole blue eyes dying.
You know it sounds like this story is actually coming to a closure once the Ministry is dealt with & something is done
    about Dracos parents.

Well, adding Athright is one way to move the plan forwards LOL I had expected her to be around thirty, forty years old or so, until she said she had been an Auror for fifty years - which would make her around seventy years old now or so?

I wonder what they will discover in the lab - it will be interesting, that I'm certain of.

And I didn't think I would ever say this, but Kreacher is kind of adorable in this story LOL

Great chapter, looking forward to the next one :)

Long time no see. I love reading this series of yours as it gets better and better by each new story you present. It also gets darker and and more interesting and a lot more believable that I sometimes have to remind myself that the twisted is a fan creation and not one of Rowling's. Seriously, you should look into getting published one of these days or if you are, tell me which books are yours and I will buy them. I love how you portray Harry in this chapter because it really does prove the Sorting Hat right when it says that he would have been perfect in Salazar's House. He shows his impulsiveness and determination as well as his sense of right and wrong and the nauseating amount of nobleness that comes with being a member of Godric's pride. But he can also be highly ambitious, cunning, and clever when he wants to be, more so than Draco, and I'm wondering if Draco realizes it and relishes in that fact or if it scares him a little to know that his Gryffindor partner can be as Slytherin as he. Also, when is Mama and Papa Malfoy coming back? I miss those wonderful, back-stabbing, deplorable snakes.

Harry sounded very optimistic in this chapter - at least in my opinion. I do wonder though how the hell he's going to manage to contact the Mind-Healers, go to the Ministry without being caught and get the chance to put his spell to work. Plus there is always the chance that most people don't want to believe what the spell shows them.
But knowing Harry, he'll probably figure something out. I mean, even with the Mind-Healers jumping in from one mind to the other to check the responses, there's always a chance they check someone too late ...

Anyway, interesting chapter ^^ Looking forward to reading the next one :)

Wow, talk about 'thinking out of the blue'. O_o

Harry completely surprised me with that explanation, I can only
guess how Draco feels. But, hey...if Gungho Harry can pull it off, more
    power to him.

I think he is kind of biting off more than he can chew, after all that's a lot of
people he's going after in the Ministry and he STILL isn't sure who is who...after all
are they not waiting on info from Jenkins?

Also, when is the darkside [Ernhardt] going to make an appearance? Not that I miss him...
