    Ch. 21

Morganabythesea in her review on 3/22 said: "...There is something with the margins or some other problem that keeps me from being able to increase the font size, which is making it very difficult to read...."

I have this problem periodically, but I figured it was a Kindle issue as I do 90% of my reading on my Kindle Fire HD. What's really weird is when, as in this chapter, the Disclaimer and Author Notes will enlarge but the body of the story won't - EXCEPT for Harry's visions (in this chapter), which were beautifully legible. The two chapters after this one I had no trouble enlarging. Is a puzzlement! :-)

Speaking of Harry's vision (in order to have this "review" be somewhat relevant), I'm quite curious to see just what fate - or Death, I guess - has in mind for Vincent.

Gosh but I'm glad Severus is a stubborn bastard. Forcing himself to fight for Sirius and find out the real reason behind Sirius' drunken "Goodbye" makes so much more worthy of being his dominant and true love. Remus is depressed over what he considers a hopeless situation in regards to Tonks so he feels the need to bring Sirius down with him. Thank goodness Severus doesn't let that happen and shows and TELLS Sirius just what he means to him. Harry's new plan for the Dursleys and Voldemort should be interesting and these new revelations about Vernon's cheating may make a difference in Dudley and Petunia's lives before the become even more jaded. Great chapter! I also love how Harry reassures Draco that though Ginny may have been his wife in the vision it's Draco that has captured his heart AND soul.

Another good chapter. I'm very curious to see how Madam Bones will play out in this story.

I just found your delightful story yesterday and as I've been reading through one thing has bothered me and while I've only skimmed your review replies I don't believe I've seen it mentioned ... Myrtle's bathroom is on the second floor. Sorry a little thing but its driving me mad :)

Oops, Harry's power is leaking out a bit. He almost pummeled Madam Bones with it as his control slipped when he saw Draco become uncomfortable around someone due to his recent torture. Amelia will find it more about Harry sooner rather than later to my train of thought. Harry's teaching methods are great and seem to be pulling everyone's best effort forward. With Harry's future insights the students of Hogwarts will learn more this year than ever before. I can't wait to see what else he comes up with. Unfortunately you have own teased us wit more angst so I will get the ice cream and rum ready for the next chapter!

I just ran across your story and spent the last day and this morning reading it in my spare time. Solid plot line here and one of the few fanfics that used the epilogue in a way I could appreciate. Thanks! Draco is such a source of balance and strength for Harry in this. I was surprised by Sirius and Severus as a pairing but I think you're starting to make it work. It's coming across though I still don't feel that I really know what's going on with Sirius. We only have Severus's viewpoint and maybe that's how you want it for now. Humanizing Dumbledore, awesome!

Looking forward to the rest of this!

Harry's anger and general poutiness over Dumbledore's initial reaction and lack of trust, shows that for all of Harry's immense poepwer as an Augur, he's still just a boy. He at least has learned through his "future" experiences to at least walk away when angered so that he doesn't say or do things he will later regret. Harry's work with Severus was touching. Helping grieve through his worst memories and helping to understand that all of us have dark things that need to be balanced by the light will help him grow. His final knowledge that for all of his darkness that he is still loved and is lovable, by Sirius and his friends, let's him open his heart to love Sirius back. Draco is Harry's perfect match and they do balance each other giving comfort where needed, strength when weakness is felt and of course heat and passion to bind together their souls.

This chapter was almost soothing after the last chapters horror. I hope Harry & Draco aren't going to age any more. I liked Harry the way he was before this last "aging". He sounds so much older and more like one of those TV wrestlers. Wonder what family member is going to be attacked next per Voldemort's talk that Harry evesdropped on?

I am enjoying your story very much, thank you for sharing it with us. If you could fix one thing I would greatly appreciate it. There is something with the margins or some other problem that keeps me from being able to increase the font size, which is making it very difficult to read. Any help would be wonderful.

Strange, everybody seems to have forgotten that Harry is in fact in his forties. He has had many many beautiful christmases, several with his own children. Sirius wants to give boy Harry a spectacular christmas because he Siruis wants to do that. It is not about wht Harry needs. And despite knowing that Harry has already had several Weasley christmas experiences. The whole Weasly clan, overwhelmingly loud for a drained and exhausted Harry. What a crap of a Godfather. Not at all thinking what Harry needs. As an adult he is able to think ahead, so no excuses.

The tissue warning almost had me waiting for later to read but, I have been bouncing with anticipation waiting for another chapter so I just dove right in. lol

I really love Harry and Severus' relationship in this story. And the role reversal, with Harry being the teacher, is not as jarring as one would think it might be. Poor Severus, what a horrible thing to have to see and do. But, I probably would have cast AK on him when he killed the puppy, just saying.

I really don't think that Sev & Siri can get any hotter but please keep on trying, their sex scenes are magnificent.

Interesting solution for Vincent, can't wait to see how that plays out.

I know Death Eaters and Voldesnort are mean, twisted, evil baddies but please don't let them kill Lucius. I love the arrogant bastard.

One little nitpick, cause I am sure you missed them (ha ha ha) in the sex scene with Sev/Siri you used the word ached and I am sure you must have meant arched. lol

    LOVE this story!!!

So this chapter started and I was like WTF? how did that happen, did you skip a chapter?
Didn't take long to figure it out but freaked me out for a minute.

I had a feeling that you weren't going to rescue Draco before the torture but I am surprised that it was as extensive as it was before Harry got to him. Poor Draco. You meanie.

I can see how the augur powers of retribution could consume an augur and glad that Draco could save him from himself again.

Aged them up again, eh? Well it will make it easier for Harry to teach if he looks more the part.

There were very few little mistakes in this chapter and really I was too emotionally invested in it, even after more than one read to even pay attention. lol

    Eagerly awaiting more.
