    Ch. 12

Loved this chapter! The way Harry defended himself without even breaking into a sweat, I always like those. And the way he talked to Draco, really trying to understand him and help Draco understand *him* is heartwarming.

This chapter made me like Draco and the relationship that Draco is trying to build with Harry even more. Lots of good "psychology" in this chapter ...in this story so far actually.

Sounds like Draco wants to be a special, SPECIAL friend. :-p
Forget sounding like a mother hen, that sounds like an upset
    boyfriend. :-)

It always pains me to see read about George being so broken and without his twin.
That was one of the saddest parts in the books even if it was quite short...
The Twins are one of my favourite characters. Here I feel even more sad for him.
And still its frustrating to read about him being so stubborn.
Cant wait for the time when he at least likes Scorpius.
And Andromada is brilliant about the situation. It was quite funny.

I enjoy this so far, chapter 11 at this time. Hopefully more to come. I am wondering though about the hand holding that seemed to happen when they were Andromeda that didn't really fit from what you've been doing so far to look at it as a nice friendly holding of hands or a romantic one....

Harry's concept of his old friendships and his new one with Draco seems spot on. Harry seems to have a very realistic view of everyone including himself. Is it my imagination or does everyone but Harry see something in Draco giving him that ring that they are not saying? Some nuance or possible result maybe? They seem so startled at the ring before he even says who gave it to him.

    1. Gotta admit reading the early part of this chapter, it really did have a sense of
    family in the beginning.

    2. and what's the deal on George is he a loose cannon?

One hurdle down, a couple to go...

What made you decide to do a story about customs?

Continues to be a very involving story. I'm deep into it and already anxious for the next chapter. Scorpius and Teddy have really very sweet & funny personalities. Draco seems even more unsure and desparate than being on the losing side of the war would make him. I do think there's more to his behavior than he says or allows Harry to see...but what?

Yeah you are right... Maybe I am just not rational myself because Harry is so sweet. haha
I am also glad Harry accepted the ring. Its so nice to read Draco being happy and not
    so nervous at the moment.
And well maybe Harry will search for a reply on this gift on his own.

You know what would be funny, if Ron saw the ring & asked Harry where he got it, because
it IS on the ring finger..and assumed that it's an engagement ring. As a matter of fact, Harry
should 'rib' him until he turns red. :-)

I liked the chapter. I thought Draco was proposing or something at that moment but I had a feeling he wasn't. Of course at the end of it, Harry made me wonder if he wished it was a proposal with him all like 'was it luring him to something forbidden'. Draco explained the ring and yet Harry was thinking if it was leading him to something forbidden. Exactly what forbidden thing was he thinking of? He already said he'd be friends with Draco regardless of his other friends and now... dammit. He thinks too much and now I am thinking too much.

Can't wait for the next chapter. :)

Another juicy chapter. I like his attitude toward his friends...do what he can but they don't run his life. Liked how he handled Scorpius's Mom also. Wish Draco had stayed longer at Harry's. I think there might be more he needs to tell or ask Harry even if it's "I'm desperately lonely, will you be my friend?" Can't wait till Hermione,Ron, or any of Harry's friends see the ring Draco gave him!
