Could it be? Are they just a tiny little bit calmer in explaining what they think and need. Therefore easier with each other and their situation? It could be the start of their true relationship...maybe, perhaps...I'm hoping.

    about #10..

I thought for sure Draco was going to start some 'static' and rip the stage up. :-)
    I'm almost disappointed that he didn't. :-(

I have to say this Veela relationship can definitely be described as cold, no passion
at all with the way Harry is treating it, he's not even trying to communicate on a friendship
level at least. Yes, I know they were never friends, but there has to be SOME neutral ground where
they can meet in the middle.

Wow. "Obsessed" doesn't begin to cover it. Harry's going to work himself into a nervous breakdown if he doesn't relax a bit. Is he driving his friends as relentlessly as he is himself?

    about #9...

Poor Draco, I'm surprised he isn't banging his head against the wall now. :-)
As intelligent Draco is, I'm surprised he doesn't get what Harry is saying.

I'm very curious to see how this story unfolds. Right now it seems that there are multiple paths it could take, but I can't yet guess which one the characters will take.

I like this story so far. I just hope that Harry somehow will break this bond and leave this whiny little ferret behind.

I admit to being confused... not quite sure if Draco really IS dominant, even despite those wings... but I agree with him that Harrys dedication to his political career is strange and unhealthy. Interesting story, with all those switched roles^^ Keep going! PS: What is it with Heraclitean Fire? I'm forever waiting for the next chapter! Its sooo cool to see the kind of spells and curses you come up with! Congrats for your imagination! :)

You said something about the Veela laying eggs. Does the female lay eggs? Are humanoid babies born from these eggs? I love this story. I actually very much enjoy all of your writing that I've read so far. I decided to start at the beginning of your stories. I look forward to the many enjoyable hours ahead of me. Thanks for sharing your gift, you don't know what being able to escape means to me.

Harry needs to sit down and figure out how he can accomplish how he wants to live his life. He doesn't want to fight any more. Well fine but that doesn't mean he has to give his life to meetings and speeches to save the world all by himself. Nor does he have to be careless, icy and cruel to Draco. Why doesn't he want to save Draco he's a "people"? I'm not sure I like this Harry. He seems very self centered, cold and cruel.

I still hate Harry at the moment but then again he is simply self destructive. I swear Draco should put an ad out stating "Looking for nice attractive male who doesn't believe in being so darn self destructive and people pleasing." Granted there might not be too many fun Draco/Harry fics then. I am interested to see how Draco plans to make himself desirable to someone who I could see doing more harm than good. I love politics but someone should tell Harry that continuously trying to work out deals with both sides will only have them demanding more and more even with Draco. Someone is just not going to like the changes and a war can start regardless. Oh... maybe Draco can teach him that lesson depending on how you play out the politics of this.

I can't tell you how much I love this story. I could try, but I would fail to properly convey it. I like D/s with an edge. I love it when the supposedly submissive partner is a BAMF. This is so much of what I love and seldom see. I love how strong and powerful Harry is. I love that all of the Veela stuff doesn't really matter to him at all. I've seen Veela stories where the the submissive mate (usually Harry, Hermione, or some other non-pureblood) is expected to compromise constantly to cultures, traditions (and whims) that they have no knowledge of or familiarity with, but the dominant *never* does despite the fact that his/her mate has NO idea what Veela customs/culture entails and that always irritates the crap out of me. So THANK YOU for this story. I will add you to my list of stories to watch.

Wow. I can't remember any of your other fics generating such negative comments about Harry! Not that he isn't deserving them, at least a little. His obsession with preventing another war seems to verge on the fanatical -based on his comments to Narcissa and Draco, anyway.

"His mate would touch him. His mate would live with him. The proper emotions
