Gorgeous chapter, loved how Snape was not prepared to wait for something tragic to happen to Harry for him to rescue him but proactively got him away from the bad influence that is Sirius in an adult and mature way. He knew Harry's needs more than Harry did which shows just how much he cares for him. I love the growing relationship between Harry and Snape which is a relationship I don't think you've explored in any of your other stories. So gorgeous, eagerly anticipating the next part!

Out of all the stories I've read that you've written - and I've been reading a lot of them, starting from your earliest because I just love your writing so much - this one has resonated with me the most. I love the character interactions, and the depth of those characters, the stories behind them, the conflicts, the resolutions, the growth, the pace of the development, that you're not hurrying through it. I just can't tell you how much I am enjoying this story. It's just caught me so deeply and tugs at every emotion I have - sad, happy, protective, devastated, ecstatic, frustrated, angry, etc. The whole array. Thank you for writing this. I think it will be a favorite of mine for a very long time.

That was an unusual conversation, almost felt like he was under a spotlight.

...and what did Harry mean ''Sirius told him about the prophecy'', when did that
    happen???

Wow. There are some interesting points in this conversation. Harry's building trust in Severus and the Malfoys and his waning (at best) trust n Sirius and dumbledore. Can't wait to see the 'more' with Draco and I can't wait to watch Severus make his move. The undermining of dumbledore with the potion thing is brilliant. Update soon. Kudos.

Wonderful to see the story updated again. Two chapters! *fangirl squeal* I can't wait to read all of Black's lies and betrayal tossed in his face and for Harry to turn his back on him because of it. Too bad he's more of Dumblef*cks' boy and less of the guardian Harry needs him to be. All the better for when Snape fills in for the fatherly figure Harry needs. Or that's what I dream about having read your other story where Snape is Harry's father. But it does make me wonder about something. Say James and Lily survived, would they be in Dumbledorks' back pocket or would they support their son 100%? I have less faith in James and more in Lily with that train of thought.

This was a nice chapter, felt relaxed believe or not. :-)
I almost expected Harry to put the ring on Draco's hand himself, that
would have been sweet! Course Harry is clueless at this point...

Hey, by any chance thinking of a S/H/D story soon?

A very long build up is wonderful. I love long stories. This is something that brightens my week. I have no problem with it going on forever. And the plot is very good. I'm following a few of your stories now and they are all wonderful.

Noooo!!!! When I get to the end of the chapter I always want it to be a little bit longer! Whatever scene you are going to lead into... I want it right then!!! lol. Sigh... the sign of a great writer... always leave us wanting more. This story though... I really like it. It's unique but not so far from the characters personality that it turns strange. The characters are so well balanced that I accept them in whatever situation that comes up.

I thought Lucius' thoughts were interesting especially how he is planning to see if Harry has a possible political future and how he wants to get rid of his dark mark. This Lucius seems more intelligent because of his future planning than how he is usually portrayed as someone reacting from personal bias or fear. It also makes him and Narcissa seem like an ideal power couple lol. I rather like it :)

Do you always have to leave it on a cliffhanger? Harry and Draco were so cute in this chapter. I know what secret Sirius is keeping, and yeah, it would eat him up inside to keep it from Harry- especially WHY he had to keep it from Harry. I have no clue what Narcissa is about to tell Harry, though. Excellent update!

Wow that was probably the most innocent sweet kiss I ever read about!
And Harry is really not lucky at the moment, well expect finally getting some happiness from Draco.
I look forward to how it continous and what Severus is about to do!
