My exams just ended and I rushed to check for reviews on this story. You didn't disappoint, cpetnm.
Glad to see that atleast Hermione's dad was mire accepting of her than her mom. Also, she and Draco resolved whatever misunderstanding had cropped ip before her departure to Australia. And she has such good news awaiting her in the form of Ginny's pregnancy. And from Draco's dialogue about their 'future', it seems you have something promising planned out for him and Hermione too. Just hope that Hermione's mum too comes around soon and realize what her daughter has had to go through on her own. Somehow, it really hurts that a parent, more so a mother could be so uncaring and insensitive towards her own daughter.
Waiting for more updates eagerly. Keep 'em coming!!

oh Neville and Ginny... :shakes head and chuckles: I do find it absolutely adorable that Neville felt okay to talk with Draco about it.

It's a step that Mr. Granger is acknowledging that he doesn't want to miss out on Hermione's life and was willing to talk with her. That's huge.

I'm totally stoked that Hermione asked Draco to join her. His evaluation of the situation was insightful as well as heartwarming.

    Thanks so much for writing.

Thank you! I believe that was your most hopeful chapter yet. :-) I am sorry her parents can't seem to forgive her, though I can understand their hurt, and I am really glad her father showed how much he loved and missed her anyway. I can't imagine a mother shutting the door in her own daughter's face, poor Hermione. I am thrilled she called Draco and asked him to come for support. It shows more of her love of him than anything she could have said. YAY! Thank you, HG4eva

I adore this story. It is sweet and a lott of awkwardness around not enough to make it too painful to read. But the edge is there....

Wow. The part with Hermione and her father really had me tearing up. *wipes away more tears* I was worried, and can't tell you how happy I am that the Granger family is starting to patch things up. Should I be prepared for more tears when she talks to her mother?

Ginny and Neville having a baby. It can be the most scary and wonderful thing to happen to a good couple. I think Granny Longbottom might be thrill to live long enough to see a great-grandchild. And Molly will over the moon even if the circumstances weren't ideal, but hey, that's having a baby for ya. Take it the girl who has two siblings young enough to be her kids. I'm pushing 30; my youngest sister is turning 11, and my youngest brother will be a year old in May. How do you like them apples.

Looks like Hermione and Draco are getting back on the right track again. Seeing how she calls him "Dragon", maybe he can call her "Swan". The idea came to me when I remembered their tattoos.

Question: Do you think we will ever know the real names of Hermione's parents? If JKR mentions Dumbledore being gay, and McGonagall being married in Pottermore, you would think she would give the names of Hermione's parents by now?

Hiii!!! This chapter was worth the wait. I loved Hermione's interaction with Narcissa. She seemed supportive of her son's relationship with Hermione and also appreciative of Hermione's skill. But their love faces some serious obstacles now. Hope they can overcome it all. Especially when both are now so dependent on the other's love.
I wish Hermione is able to resolve whatever is wrong between her and her parents. It was very good to see Harry come to terms with everything and be repentant for his behaviour in the past.
Don't make us wait for long. Update soon

Sadly, turning one's life around and making yourself happy isn't as easy as it sounds, so I am not surprised she is backsliding. But, I hope Draco can show her that couples fight, people disagree, and things don't always go as planned, BUT they can still be happy together and get past it together. I don't know what you have planned for her and her parents, but I really do hope they aren't unforgiving jerks. I understand they were hurt and scared by what she did, but she is their daughter. I want them to try with her, so that she can get back some of what she lost in herself without them. I liked the interaction with Narcissa and her understanding of the situation, despite her feelings on Hermione's "unfortunate" birth. lol Thanks, hon!!! HG4eva

    Where to start?

Glad Hermione and Harry patched things up. They had been through too much to let things go on as bad as it did. Yes, Harry had more on his plate than anyone else, but that didn't mean it was all about him. Where ever there is oppression there will be others who will fight for freedom even if their names will never end up in the history books. I'm very happy for their closure.

Dreams always have a way of making unknown feelings known. Seeing how Draco reacted to Harry's visit, his flat not being a true home to her, his choices for her, and OF COURSE the debt she owes him; Hermione will never feel secure in this relationship. This chapter again proves my point that she will never fully commit to Draco until this debt is no longer hanging over her head.

I'm nervous about Hermione seeing her parents. A part of me is hoping that it will be a happy reunion and complete understanding for both parties. Yet, I fear Hermione will leave more heart broken than before. Good luck Hermione.

Hopefully, this break from each other will give them both a chance to clear their heads. That is if Draco will be able to sleep without Hermione laying next to him. That boy really is in love, but can he love her the right way?

As for my aunt, not able to do assistant living home, but we now have more people coming in to check on her more frequently. She still is in good spirits. Thank you for asking.
