Perfect from start to finish. Thank you for writing this. Any chance of a sequel? Since a part of the bard is still dormant within the bloody baron and seeing as how it is the worse half, it would have far less hesitation in attacking harry if he got in it's way if it ever escaped the bloody baron.

-There is also the issue with the rest of the Muggleborn Legion and how they will respond to the charges against their leader and whether or not they are planning something against pure bloods or people with death eater connections.

-Happy too see even a part of Colin is able to now rest in peace, wonder how Dennis is going to take that news and whether or not the charges against him will hold.

Either way, whether you continue the story or not I want too once again thank you for taking the time to breath life into the prompt I sent. You did it justice in a way I don't think anyone else could have.

This is an interesting direction to take Harry...and have him explore different powers.
Something that isn't being done much in fanfiction.

-Pretty scary that Collin's intent could influence someone as powerful as the bloody baron. That is some quality hate there. Curious if the other ghosts that make up the bard are as sentient as Collin is or if they have just been reduced to lingering grudges that fuel Collins hate and power.

-Is Harry able to relinquish the power he has gained or is he stuck with it? Either way, finding a way to master it so as to not extinguish another spirit accidentally. To kind of piggy back on your response to Chistopher, yes the ministry does similar things but in this case the spirit in question was a murdered victim, probably a student who was driven insane by the other collective spirits hate along with Collin. The criminals in Azkaban who get the same soul destroying treatment have more or less earned the punishment due to the deeds that landed them in prison in the first place.

-Den mother Minerva is always good to see.

-Kudos to Hermione for despite her past with the Malfoy family, still has it in her to feel sympathy for their loss. Lucius might have been considered scum to a lot of people, but he was still a father and husband.

-Will Harry be interacting with the imprisoned Collin at some point? Like try to reach the formerly innocent boy buried beneath the rage? He might have to do something, even if Collin can't physically harm a Slytherin student or relative of a death eater, words can be just as powerful and I shudder at what the sturndent in question will have to endure being told by a ghost that would very much like to kill them but will settle with dredging up their families darker aspects for all to hear.

-Cute/hot scenes with Drarry are my weakness, you do them so well.

-waits patiently for the next chapter-

You know at this point I would question Dumbledore's portrait about the Bloody baron, to see
how much of a threat HE would be in the future....or how pissed off he truly is & whether the
Baron can be diplomatic about the situation.

I don't think that Harry has realized what he just did.... by destroying a ghost, he has destroyed the SOUL/spirit of a person. Basically, it is just nonexistence for that person and I believe when Harry realizes that is what he did, he will be sickened at what he did.
It's worse than what a murderer does.

-Well that plan when sideways fairly quickly. The baron didn't keep his end of the bargain true but i totally didn't expect Harry to destroy one of the ghosts. As the master of Death he possibly could have just as easily healed Draco but that temper of his that rears it's head when you hurt someone who is important to him got the better of him.

I need more of this... I need more of this soooooo bad! Harry and Draco are just so cute, I want to see them become closer and start a relationship even if its kind of clandestine at first. I hope to see more of this fiction soon.

Brava! I've been gone and came back to delicious reading. I'm fascinated by your treatment of the wards, Harry as the Master of Death and the damned Bloody Baron. Evil cliffhanger! Evil!

How come the Baron acts like he was itching for a fight in the beginning???

-Hmm wonder if this plan will work as smoothly as they are hoping or if Colin has a few more tricks up his sleeve. But if it does work I actually feel a little pity for him. Yes he should not be allowed to continue to kill even if the victims in question were killers themselves but to be bound in the place of your death unable to complete you purpose OR move on to the next life sounds like hell.

-So from what I gathered, It's not just Colin's own grudge that is pushing him to do these things but the collective rage and despair from the other victims who fought against the Death eaters as well? All that hate and anger would make anyone lose their mind. Although the fact that even with his mind warped as it is, he still remembers and cares enough about Harry to try his level best not too harm him.

-Of course Narcissa would mainly be concerned about payback. Understandable, grieving widow and all, but she was just told what the kid went through.

-So the bard is cool with binding Colin and trying to temper his rage, but draws the line killing the spirit.

-Now Narcissa may not have ever killed anyone but she knew everything her husband and his associates were doing, was once all for raising Draco to lead the same life, and did help keep people locked away in their dungeon and stood by while Hermione was being tortured only a few feet away. Criminal negligence/Complicity.

-So they have a way to make sure that colin does not physically harm any of the returning students who happen to be related to those who fought on Voldemorts side. But if Peeves is any example he could still get away with verbal harassment. Wouldn't want to be the kid who had to deal with a vengeful ghost following me around spouting off all the horrible things a relative might have done.

-Like the pragmatic approach the Baron is going for. He would be okay with helping Colin BUT it would cast a bad light on the ghost already haunting hogwarts and bring the heat down on them.

-Waits patiently for the next chapter-

This is turning into a nice ghost story.:-)
How come you can't do stuff like this on Halloween week? :-/

Nice touch with the Baron, not too many people focus on him or the so called
'non-existent' character in a popular story.

OMG, so exiting, what IS this power that the bloody baron holds?????

Gahhh My muse is running low atm, so this review might be a little short.

-Kudo's to Harry for putting his foot down in regards to Dennis. He might have this naive sense of black and white justice, but better to believe in it than to deny it's existence and take the law into your own hands or compromise. He doesn't compromise, not if he can help it.

-Pretty scary, the thought that no place is safe and some near unstoppable horror has you in it's cross-hairs(just got back from seeing "It Follows") and desperate times call for desperate measures.

-Nice interaction between Malfoy and Myrtle. Here you have a Muggleborn ghost who had once been murdered by someone Draco once reluctantly served and a pureblood who felt he could only open up to her of all beings when the pressure of his mission became too much. That part of the books made my opinion of Draco change quite a bit, in that moment he, while still admittedly a bigot and a bully, became so much more human, a very flawed human.

-So myrtle doesn't want them to bind Collin out of sympathy but is terrified at the prospect of Harry binding him at Hogwarts, unless I read that scene wrong? And perhaps binding a murderous ghost to a place filled to them brim with children is not the best option. Especially if someone from the battle who was on the D.E side but was pardoned returned to the school.

    -Nice cliffhanger lol.

-waits patiently for the next chapter-
