This is just fucking incredible. I want to read more. I never would have thought Severus would be so at ease with child rearing. I love this! The rape scene was gruesome. Malfoy should be castrated with a broken, rusty razor. No anesthesia. Can you e-mail me? There's something I want to ask you.

I'm really enjoying this story (please update soon), but I'm wondering why in the last chapter you would have Hermione thinking that a baby between a pureblood and a Muggleborn would be seen as an "abomination" in the wizarding world? Isn't Hermione's best friend Harry just that? James was pureblood and Lily was Muggleborn.

An inspiring and intellectual interlude my dear. Normally I would be on the sidelines with my pom poms cheering and proping Hermione up, egging her into loving Sev, but I am enjoying her Do I/Don't I musings...Loved it...

    wanting more...

This story is turning out wonderfully! I have to say that I love the way you have managed to work things out to this point. I read your plea for ideas and I will be honest w/ you. I think you should not touch the revenge angleet tet things be as they are. If you see the need to play out justice I say have Sev and Mione present at the fall of Voldemort and have Lucius attack Hermione and Severus beat him to a bloody pulp and then have Hermione or maybe even an abused Draco give him Avada Kedavera. Just my humble opinion, but I think this story should focus more on their newly formed relationship, coping w/ a baby, uncharted feelings, and the like. You seem to excel at that type of wng fng from what I have read so far. I think you will make this a wonderful read no matter which route you take!

    Hugs,
    Ness

P.S. Somehow the last chapter posted 3 times! 0__0 Ooops!

Chapter Twelve: Show me the way of my heart
thinthink you did a wonderful job of letting this chapter be Hermione's lead in to loving Severus!!! It was left open enough to give her some more time to think & it also left me believing that , with all her brains, she was not rushing into anything too quickly. FABULOUS & will be keeping an eye out for lucky chapter 13!!! Deb >^..^

Hmmmm........ what to do to Lucius. I have been thinking about this, but no concrete thoughts yet. Though, I don'tnk Snk Severus would be happy with anything short of Lucius' death. So...... how to kill him ? Severus can't do it, because he would end up in Azkaban. But if Severus could..(I can't remember if you have Voldemort dead or alive) convince Voldemort, or better just start the rumor amongst the Death Eaters, that Lucius had betrayed them, Severus wouldn't have orryorry about killing him. Maybe Lucius could even go to Severus pleading for help only to be turned over to the Death Eaters. 'Revenge is a dish best served cold', Lucius does not know Severus has his memory back. That could help plan his downfall.

Hope this gives you something to ponder. If I come up with something more solid, I'll get back to you.

I think that a prophecy should be revealed around Sev and Hermione's baby's birth and a think the prophecy should include the destruction of the instigator of the child's birth (I am brainstorming this so work with me)t sht should practically parallal the Harry/ Voldermort relationship. Additionally, I can see a lot of material with Sev's paternal ineptness. I think that he will improve with time. Hermione's healing presents a wonderful plot as does her blossoming relationship with Sev. Just thoughts....Good luck!

Another fine chapter, I'm really glad Hermione is being soo understanding in this terrible situation. Sorry to hear your muse has gone AWOL, not that I can believe it for a moment! Hope Frank returns to you soon and you are happily reunited.

Revenge on Lucius...hmmm, let's see now...How about a rather nasty permanent impotence potion or hex, I can't see Malfoy being too thrilled at losing the use of the old wand!!!! Payback for Hermione indeed to know that he could never do to another woman what he planned to do to her?! Petty and juvenille perhaps, but it wouldn't half be satisfying!!!!!

Thanks for writing and I really do hope things begin to look up for you muse-wise soon.

Revenge? Well, how about making Lucius unable to, um, perform in a situation where he must "prove himself" to a partner? I imagine this is a nightmarish situation to any man. Add to that if Lucius actually has to come to Severus and BEG for a potion that would cure him... Either because the cure is so complex that there are few who can make it, or else, because if he would want to buy it from somebody, that somebody would automatically realize what poor Lucius' affliction and and a well known man like him wouldn't want this, would he. Heh. I'm not entirely sure how to add Hermione, but her and Sev's revenge can be tied somehow.
