Well, it's a shame there isn't more to it, I was really enjoying it. I always thought Quirrel should get to come back and be a good guy, he was fun.

Do you EVER intend to update this?

This is adorable. I never expected to enjoy Quirrell, but he is a dear here. He and Tonks are a lovely couple, and Snape is helping them -- in character!

Please do keep this one going.

Well, Damn! This is the reason one should never just stick to one's own ship when reading or writing. I'm just having a terrific time reading this story and I join the others in hoping for a swift update!

Okay, first of all I promise no showing up at your house pounding on the door and demanding more chapterso sto stalking. No creepy stuff. Just patient, mellow little me. I can wait. It is not like you aren't writing anything else. TT and EPU are very time consuming, I am sure. Hey did you finish the Pretty Woman challange fic?

Severus's plan to get Moody out of the way is a good idea. He (Moody) is throwing a wrench in Ian and Tonks's love lives. Let the romance commence.

Write more when you get a chance. Thanks!

    Querrill? And Tonks? Huh???

    OH!

This is not something I'd have envisioned, but it is growing on me. We didn't know him, in cannon, so anything is possible. As for her being clumsy, that is classic.

And you have just seen why I don't write. My spelling is abominable.

Of your works my favorite is Terrible Temptation, but this little tale is sneaking into second place. Well done.

The muggle women are great characters. I liked how you had Severus practically swooning over all the female attention.
Obviously this is NOT the same Severus as your Sub Rosa Severus.
    More please.

    Oh goody, her her chapter.
This fic isn't set in your Sub Rosa world, is it?? Snape seems different. And there hasn't been any mention of Kathryn. Did I miss something?
I can't wait to see domestic goddess Tonks. That should be good for a laugh.

Hey, I am thinking about starting a fic and I am deathly afraid. (Not exactly a natural writer. Doesn't come easily.) May I e-mail you for a poll of some ideas I have? I really hope it doesn't suck eggs. I will be most fortunate if my fic is HALF as good as your are. (gush, gush. :-)

Just now getting around to reading this - and I must say you do fluff just as well as serious melodrama. I love Tonks reaction in the second chapter to the news Ian had been dead; I snickered so loud the cats came to see for themselves. But do let them have some quality time together!!

You rock! I love Professor Quirrell and no one ever writes about him. Not only have you done that, your story is entertaining. I just want to know if his is gis going to be popping up again any time soon!

Oh, and I forgot to add one thing... I am in complete agreement with Ian on one particular point (of several). Now how did you phrase it again? --ah, yes. "The opportunity to lay Snape on his back once a month." That, dear author, is something I would be willing to work very, VERY hard for. With entirely different motives. ;-)

Am adding you to my recs!

Oh, this is a sweet story! I am perpetually drawn to the characters on the edge- or even in complete shadow- and I love seeing them made human, fleshed out, given feelings and stories of their own. I've always liked Quirrell, felt sorry for him and how his story ends, and you've fixed it! And made him sexy to boot... although if they were going for creepy when they cast the film they didn't quite hit the mark. Whoo hoo! I look forward to seeing this one finished, even if it takes a bit. I'm patient. Oh- and thanks for helping Tonks realistically deal with her problems! --Q

Hey Barrie, thanks for the chapter. I don't know why I enjoy these 2 characters so much. It could just be your brilliant writing. Tonks is very likable though.
The name you came up for Quirrell is wonderful. Wonderfully pompus.
When you have time, don't forget your little fic that could. :-)

Damn his mother!!! Did she have to show up THEN?? I guess it could have been worse. They could have been in bed when she arrived.
I really like Tonks and Ian's chemistry. Don't care for his mother though.
Write more of this fic soon, okay!
    Cheers!
