It's more well written than the other story, but Harry Potter's long lost sister is hopelessly cliche. It's been done to death by every writer under the age of 15. The only way it could be more cliche would be if she were his twin and if she was raised in America. Please don't tell me that Potter sister is going to combine her speshul powers with Harry's to defeat Voldemort. Or worse yet, there's another prophesy.
