I love your writing, so when I was @ ff.net and started to read a story posted as 'through trials and tribulations' by omgimonline I recognized it as 'Dreams'. I checked out the author profile and I don't think it's you. I hope this gets to you.

My smile is so wide right now it actually hurts! My goodness. *sighs contently* That was simply heart wrenching!

I was actually nearly late to work I had started reading this! XD And I started reading it just as soon as I got home. My eyes are BURNING! but it is well worth it. My heart is like spinning in my chest I'm so happy right now! I can't find the words to express how much I loved this story!

First let me say that I nearly passed out laughing so hard, when Ron was cursing in Albus's office XD That slayed me. I just hope I didn't wake my neighbors from laughing so hard xD

You were killing me with all the emotional pulls you kept throwing! But I absolutely loved how bravely Hermione took Ron's decision, I'll have to admit its one of the few times I've ever really liked her in a story. And how Harry took it is exactly how I'd imagine him taking it.

I like how you didn't really explain away the truthful dreams Ron had of him and Snape, leaving it to the readers imagination and all is pretty cool :D

It was PERFECT how Snape and Ron didn't have sex until "prom night" that made me actually giggle.

This was brilliant. Thanks so very much for sharing it :) I very much appreciated being able to read it!

i am not a fan of top!snape so i kind of avoided the last part of your story - but i liked the rest very much! - the development of the relationship, and the dynamics and the characterization of hermione and harry. especially hermione being supportive was nice to read.

Ah, and here we go. The first of the first. This was a very sweet story. Who cares if Severus was a bit OOC, the dude has to relax once in a while, right?

I must admit, I like seeing Harry as a bit of a prat. Coz he is.

Ron is so sweet, trying not to hurt Hermione any worse than she already is.

This is a pairing that I have honestly never considered before. However, I'm pretty sure if you fill up the Snape/Ron section of the HP slash, it'll become my favourite. And now I'm staring at my clock, wondering how the hell it got to be almost one in the fecking morning.

I read this last night, very late in the evening. It caught my attention and held it. Ron and Severus in not a pairing that most do, but you've done it so well. Thanks for sharing.

Well I actually came across Adjustments first, but when I realized it was a sequel I wanted to read this one first since I can be a bit anal about wanting to do things in order. Anyway, I really liked this story. Ron/Severus is a bit of an odd pairing and one that doesn't get written all that much so I'm always pleased to see one. This was a sweet story though I admit I kept expecting the dreams to be a sign of something, especially when it turned out that what Ron was dreaming had some basis in reality, such as Severus' choice in wines or the place he went to as a young child. I also thought there might be more angst and problems with Ron's friends and family, but they seem to be coming around. Well, maybe Molly will take a bit longer. I loved the ending with Ron and Snape deciding to move in together. It just seemed like such a good and hopeful note to end the story on.

What an amazing, long read! And in just a chapter, which, although it may cheat you out of some reviews, I actually adore, since 1. You know the fic is finished, and the author is not going to go on hiatus and leave you without the end to your favourite fic, and 2. I am admittedly lazy and the lack of wait while unloading pages is a plus.

I love your characterizations, despite the fact that some might find them slightly OOC. I don't. Severus is still himself, just not only what we see in the books, and what we see in the books is filtered by the viewpoint of his students, so he doesn't come out in the best light always. And Ron is wonderful. He's everything he could be. He still has a temper, and he is still self-deprecating, but experimenting the dreams, and discussing things with Severus, as well as thinking over his decissions, gives him an emotional maturity which I believe suits him well.

Your language is beautiful, too. The pace of the development, the conversations and dialogue, the fact that Ron's friends are not automatically 'yay!', but need a certain time to come to terms, which makes it the more realistic.

I enjoyed this fic immensely, and thank you so much for sharing it with us.

PS: The image of Severus and Ron in a suit will follow me to the end of my days. I have a serious kink for men in suits.
