This is one of the best stories I have read in a very long and (and so well written to boot!)

I was reading and reviewing this story on ffn but have decided to read it on this site from now on (I'm blackroses77 on ffn)

Anyway this was a really good chapter and I am thrilled that Harry will have a way to resist the dominants as I can't see him failing to learn that skill as he so easily throws off the imperious. Once he learns that skill he will be able to choose Draco and Blaize of his own free will so that they can have a healthy relationship since I can't see Harry ever being truly happy or accepting of his relationship with Draco and Blaize if he is forced to accept them in order to save himself from the other dominants, I think a part of him would always resent them and his inheritance. Does Ives have the ability to resist dominants? I never thought about the fact that Hedwig could be intercepted and lead others to their villa, I was only thinking about how Draco and Blaize wouldn't like Ron and Hermione being able to influence Harry against them or come up with a plan to rescue him since that would put Harry in a lot of danger. Can't wait for the next chapter.

rushing, rushing, rushing. oh blaise, haste makes waste and har wasn't ready for even half of that. neither was draco tho i bet he'd be horrified to hear how his reaction has put har off. you really need to tap into some of that slyth cunning and patience.
har doesn't trust either of them yet for all he's agreed to stay and learn. they need to work on THAT first.
this chappie is going to have a lot of fall out i can see. most of it not good.

Only just started reading this story but have to say I love the idea, it is just different and creative enough to make it really interesting but familiar enough to be a comfortable read. I am a fan of the steady pace you are taking with this story (even as teasing and some what frustrating as it can be to read). You are doing a really good job of letting us have time to understand things from all of their perspectives as well as letting us into Blaise and Draco's relationship with each other. Looking forward to getting to read more. :)

I'll admit to having skipped forward in the story; if it's not complete, I choose to skip around for the 'good' parts. I landed somewhere in the middle of this one, and I'm tempted to go back and start from the beginning. I like where the story is going, and I'm interested to see how it all turns out.

hmmmm, those were some home truths that draco didn't seem ready to hear. still, at least he knows what sort of base he has to work from now.
i wonder why that temp bond was so strong. was it because that pair helped guide him through his transformation? Are they just especially compatible or is there something else in play.
i'll say it once again. while i very much enjoy reading your fic, RL has priority. Also, i think it's up to the author to pace their stories, unless they've asked for prompts, help, direction guidance from their reviewers. it just hope the re meeting of the golden trio doesn't undo all the good work that ives and the doms have managed to date.

Welcome back and Best of wishes to you and your family.

The talk between Adler and Draco was absolutely perfect. Draco needed to hear the things that were said and realize that even if Harry has forgiven him, the same does not apply to the rest of the Malfoy family as they have done far too much to gain that. This chapter went a long way to further developing Draco's character and making him more likeable, to me at least. I can't wait for the inevitable reunion of the Golden Trio and how they will react to Draco and Blaise and if they can bury the hatchet.

Loved it! Thanks for continuing to share this story, and for updating. :) Know that it is appreciated! So excited to see Harry beginning to trust Draco and Blaise, and I'm eager to see where Harry's potential political future goes. It's a unique but not implausible take on a non-Auror career for him and I REALLY like it. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Loved the chapter I'm hoping Harry comes clean soon or else this could end horribly.

first, don't apologize for taking as long as you need. regular up dates would be nice, but as my sensie used to say, 'it takes as long as it takes.' I personally would prefer you to take long and write a good chappie than be fast and crappy.

moving on. yeah, that was a lot of science dumped in your answer but it made sense. kudos considering it was two in the morning. (the m preg that made the most sense to me was called 'how do you like it.' and suggested that oral sex was the way to get preg... anal sex was purely recreational. its a good and rather amusing read as it's far more logical.) yay for magic as an explain everything plot device. ^^ besides, this is technically a creature fic, normal rules need not apply. some how birds manage to have everything come out the same hole, wee, poo and eggs... go figure. :/

wow, your family life has been rather un fun. i hope it's improved since that review. if not hang in there, i'll add you to the prayer list. i hope your dog is okay. i know with rats when you feel a lump it's time to pick out a little ratty grave plot. i'm hoping dogs are more resistant.

now on to the actual chappie er chappies since i don't seem to have reviewed the last two. :/

i don't blame har for being apprehensive. the one and only time he's popped his wings previous everything hurt. if his transformation wasn't so traumatic it probably wouldn't be so much of prob. har is just NO to everything right now though he's doing his best to give them a chance.

blaise is rather rushing things a bit.

can't say i blame draco for not wanting to be emotionally stripped naked in front of har. har wouldn't mock him or anything and would probably welcome it as it would give him some clue as to how the other two think... which he needs right now.

yup, to much, to close, to soon for draco right now. while har might enjoy or even revel in it, draco has spent far to much of his life in control of himself and projecting that control to be comfortable with such intimacy.

i think blaise just wants this to work soooooooooooo much that he rushed it a bit.

oopsie. just read the blurb above this chappie... guess i did review after all? ah well, i can see how close this review matches that one. :P

*blinks. wow, that's like the complete opposite of draco's reaction. its not really surprising given har's sucky childhood that he'd relish affection and closeness. har works so very differently from the two slyths... he needs openness and connection to trust. though it might also be a sub thing. i think draco will need to get used to being more open with him. har doesn't trust them... yet. not when they still hide so much.

sigh, oh well done draco, you've managed to push har a step back... of course, har's own insecurities are helping with that one too. good thing blaise is there as a balance/mediator.

har just has to much guts to back off from this. very much a 'lets do it and get it done' attitude.

well, har knows he can do this now. he's not the type to shrink away and those two slyths better remember that.

eheh, no one as independent as har likes being seen weakened and humiliated, even if the slyths don't think of it like that.

oh... changeable wings! what an incredibly sensible idea. are they able to do it mid flight... that would be a masterful way to adapt to changing air conditions.

will we get a chappie where har gets to ruminate on some of these points he's tucking away for further consideration?

the technical stuff is necessary i suppose but if i was up there like har, even if i tried to listen carefully, it's still pretty much all 'quack' to me. (ie may as well be speaking duck). i do much better with pictures and illustrations. i think har is more of watch and do type.

i think that little comment took draco aback... but some how put him at his ease as well. i look forward to when har knows enough for them to compete.

i imagine learning to fly is a bit like learning to drive... except with a higher possibiltiy of crashing. good thing har has those two slyths on hand. still, it's be complicated needing to keep track of dozens of things where driving only requires five or six, until it gets to the point where you do most of it automatically. ... i still forget to look in my rearview as much as is should. >>

a couple of typos... most of them i could figure out but this ones got me puzzled. 'and mafficked and flapped stronger.'

haaa, maybe blaise needs to explain them rules.

i think seeking har do a dive would be epic. needs to build his strength before that though.

hmmm, har doesn't mind emotional bond and intimacy but isn't yet comfy with the physical? i think draco is the other way round. he'd happily get his hands on har's body if he even gave a hint but he's not ready for the emotional.

well, at the time har sent it it made sense... he was being held agaisnt his will... eheh. oopsie.

*blinks... is this future plot point i'm seeing here? har the point and focus, the honest one, with blaise and draco at his back doing the finagling? they'll have hard time trying to swing that. it could easily be seen as two dubious types hooking up with the straight arrow in order to take advantage of both him and his rep... not to mention what might happen if some bugger got a hold of the whole sub mate thing. the malfoy name still carries weight though. and how would har get his changes to stick? restructuring an entire society is no easy task, especially as there will be resistance by the score. a life times fight if ever there was. I can't blame har though, i think, considering how tilted and biased the WW is, most mb's and muggle raised half bloods would just go back to the slightly fairer muggle world.

har has quite a bit of emotional jumble to sort through. i wonder if the slyths will get to give him that massage or not. :P

I don't think that anything good is going to come from Harry's letter, or his tricking the house elves. I wonder what Draco is up to.
