This was brilliant! You wrote perfectly Harry's dissatisfaction with life and his growing awareness that he was mising something; you made Ginny real and not a cardboard cut out bitch/wimp; and write a believable growing romance. Superb stuff! Would love to see a sequel when Harry tells the kids. SP

Really enjoyed your fic. I like the way its built up and you take your time to flesh out the characters. There are some minor points that while not distracting from teh quality of teh overall fic, did nigel a bit at the back of my mind. The first one is the inclusion of technology ( ie harry uses teh web or cellphones) . It would have been easy enough to throw in a line or two about wizards dealing with muggle technology and adapting it but we are just expected to accept that it now exists in this world. Which makes owls pretty much obsolete. Another minor point was that I couldnt figure out teh timeline of Harry dating Ginny. You write that in her 6th year Ginny ' pressed her advantage' and became visible to Harry. So I'm guessing they started dating not long after this or at least, if you follow the original timeline of the books, after Voldy is destroyed. When then, did Harry have the chance to sleep with all those guys you mentioned ? and finally, when Harry goes to confront Hermione about the book he goes ' first thing Monday morning' . Afterwards he goes back home and sleeps and then wakes up barely in time to catch breakfast the next day. Are you saying he slept through the WHOLE DAY AND NIGHT? Didnt he have work or something? Nobody missed him? Now mind these are really just small things and I really did enjoy the fic :) Its good to see some quality writing on AFF ^^ Hope u write more in the future.

Hermione swallowed, her tone gentler. "Well, if the relationship Shaun and Harper have in the book is supposed to be a direct analogy for the two of you, then maybe he's trying to say that he likes you and—"

"That he wants to see your quivering member!" Ron crowed, clearly enjoying this.

I laughed so hard at this part!!!

Honestly though, this is such a great story. It was so well written. And it's believable. You kept the characters attitudes in check. I've read some stories where Snape is just not Snape, and couldn't get into them. I can't wait to browse the rest of your work!

Oh my god, this was amazing. I think I've read maybe 5 fanfictions in the last few years that have been so well developed and hard to put down. I can't tell you how glad I am that this was a oneshot and not a chaptered story, I wouldn't have survived the waiting. I was so intrigued by the plot and the way Harry's thoughts and feelings were so genuine and relatable. I'm not sure I can put into words how much I enjoyed this, but know that I will be back to read it again. Thank you.
