Wow. A powerful and gripping piece that leaves one shaken, but you can\'t stop reading it for all that. Poetic and fierce and brilliant, the images carve themselves into the reader\'s brain and heart and you can see it, from Harry\'s struggles to the laughing Voldemort, to the leering DeathEaters and dark, hidden Severus.

Albus set this up? Wow. He really is willing to use every weapon in his arsenal in order for the war to be won. Rape, Aurors, Memory Potions... all told in a morass of confusion as Severus\'s mind s ups up against itself, unable to bear the virgin child sacrifice to help gain a small advantage in a battle between two old men. Beautifully written!
