You could always write a label that says "borderline" or "possible" non-con.
Just an idea. As it is borderline and everyone will have their own views on the subject.

Well, he did tell her to leave, and they had nothing to talk about, so she could've left; also, she stopped telling him to stop, so I'd say it was consensual. In sequel, perhaps she should demand more foreplay?
