Shouldn't a pensieve from Harry of the conversation with Lucius be enough to clear him? Plus it must be Harry's body in some way if Lucius is making taunts about impregnation. I guess that's what the sequel's for.
Maybe not mention Ginny thinking being surprised about Harry's physique. He hit puberty a while ago and it's not like she hasn't seen him since.
