Being polite to a house elf wasn't Draco's only mistake. He ordered a typical *American* breakfast. Complete with an artificial butter substitute and artificially enhanced juice - Muggle stuff. Somehow, I just can't see that happening in the Malfoy household. I think Draco needs to find out what the British have for breakfast, and order some variation on that - minus any artificial Muggle stuff - don't you?
