So good! But so sad! I can't make up my mind if I want her to eventually find someone else or be content with what she had with Severus. In some ways I can kind of see her has an Elizabeth I, who ultimately chose to be alone and make her kingdom the focus of her life. But...I really like a happy and lovey ending. Can't wait to see what you'll do

Took me forever, but I read all of this today. Much as I love SS/HG, Severus let her go. He had his chance. Heck he could have had her and not have to love her, but he walked away. I would love to see Lucius get to be her consort.

Pandora: Thanks for pointing that out. It wasn't intentional. I got a little involved in the dialogue and since Lucius addresses him as Severus, I made a couple of slip ups in Snape's responses. All fixed now. Thanks again.
