In Russian female surnames you should add "a" in the end (i.e. Dmitrova) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Family_name#Russia
Also, I have never heard of a person with such a surname; however, technically it is possible.
You can say Dmitrieva or Dimitrova (but the last one I think is Bulgarian, not Russian).
