Well done! Good first chapter.
It's realistic and also in my opinion original.

This is a wonderful start and I'm curious as to what happens next, what Malfoy's reactions will be, etc. You really have done a good job of starting the story, laying down the groundwork and keeping the reader intrigued as to what will happen next. I hope you are a speedy updater :)
