Aww, this was sweet. My favorite line was when Hermione told Severus that she was his opportunity. Very well done!

To find a good, well-written, non-squicky story on AFF that I hadn't yet found on another archive is a rarity indeed. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Both characters felt in character to me within a plausible range, you captured what I find attractive in Severus (that honesty for one) and tied it up with a lovely last line.
