Ho ho ho...!
Is his new home going to be with, perchance, a certain snarky potions Professor?
Will both Harry and said potions Professor, then be forced to begrudgingly accept the less-than-favorable conditions, seeing as all other options are, obviously, impossible?
Wheeee! I don't know why this story makes me so excited and happy, but it does!
Maybe because I haven't read a good Snarry in a while...
At any rate, I do hope that, once the story really gets going, you start making the chapters a little longer. My personal opinion is that 3000 - 3500 words makes a good solid chapter. 1000 - 2000 is a little short, 5000 range is really nice for the reader, but a little hard to put out, 7000 and up gets a little long (unless it's really lemony, you can never have enough lemons!)
Ooh... and btw I noticed you were asking for a beta in your first chapter... I've never beta'd before... but I feel like my grammar and language skills are above average (and I'm humble too! :P), and I can certainly offer my opinion on ideas or whatever also. So if you still need one, just drop me a line on my email!
And if not, that's fine too. I'll probably just keep giving you unsolicited advice when I review!

I really appreciate how you've managed to keep your Harry and Snape in character. They're still JKR's Harry and Snape, but yours now as well.
I don't know if that makes sense. ^^;
I really enjoyed reading what you have up so far. It needs a little editing, but once you find a beta I'm sure that will get cleaned up. ^_^ Have fun and take your time!
