I love it!
As far as suggestions? Well, I'd hate to suggest when you're doing such a great job on your own. Insted I'll tell you what I think. I love the turmoil poor Hermione's going through (I'm evil inside ;) as well as Draco's own troubled thoughts about what happened between that two. I love possessive Draco, so I loved your ending where Draco's quite ready to kick ass. I am hoping for a super heroic rescue as well as a super thankful Hermione who throws caution to the wind only to majorly regret it later...what can I say I live for drama, maybe it has something to do with my totally mundane life. :)

You don't need my suggestions, you're doing great and I can't wait to see what's next.

This is good, really good. Have I mentioned how much I love your Draco, a total bastard that man. Love it! I also love how you alternate between Hermione's POV and Draco's, I love to know what that man is thinking! Can I safely assume that things between Hermione and Draco will only get hotter? And harder perhaps?
