You had an okay idea, love and all. The way you wrote it though is very hackneyed and in all honesty kind of cheesey. You have a solid writing style. I'm just kind of disappointed that you used it to write this. If you took this one back to the drawing boards and redeveloped it you would have a strong story, even if it is an overused concept.
