This is a great start. I would really like to read more.
I love stories where Dumbledore is evil. The letter was brilliant,
I really like the descriptions in it, they seem like something
a child would say. Brilliant.

Very interesting idea. You might benefit from a beta, though. And you don't need to repeat half of every chapter with the next. Keep writing, the twists in this are very intriguing.
