This is now officially my favorite story of yours -- complex and fully-developed and so very believably HUMAN.  Plus, I'm a sucker for Georgette Heyer's regency romances, so... :)

Having the Veil be sentient -- in fact, the time-turning 'embodiment' of Merlin -- was an especially nice touch.  And I loved the alternate history of the Lynx after Hermione and Lucius returned to their own time.  

Just lovely!

At this rate the sex is going to be highly meaningful - they care for each other a great deal now - once they've done it they is gonna be in lurve!

I now have so many new, or rather old, words to add to my vocabulary. This was worth the read for that alone. You kept Lucius the pretentious prat that he was and I loved every minute of his journey to love. This gives me hope that Sirius isn't truly gone. And a HUGE thank you for posting a completed story...that means as much as my new words.

I loved this story. Great job. i like that you strive for a balance between the smut and plot. Not many fanfic authors do. I also appreciate that you finish a story before you post it. I hate starting stories just to learn that they have been abandoned. Keep up the great work. I will be reading more of your stuff.

So I am left to wonder.... Will it occur to Lucius that his line isn't pure blooded if Hermione and he have kids that will eventually be his great grandparents, or grandparents... Or perhaps Abraxas Malfoy himself, or the fact that by sleeping with her he can honestly say he is his own grandfather, and there for committed incest... LOL just how kinky is he anyway??? And I wonder did the veil take out his uncle and set up this whole heir thing to provide for them? And will they run into Sirius Black? Since he went through the veil I believe. ( or am I mixing fan fiction with cannon? It's been a while since I've seen the movies and never read the books)

wow, i did it! i have been reading this very fine piece of fanfiction for the last three days (well not straight through, university also asked for my attention) and when i hit the 49th chapter and the bottom of the page said "end" i was like 'hu? over? Why is it over already?'

i reeeeally enjoyed this story from first to last word!
hermione / lucius is one of my absolute favourites but sadly few new stories are posted/completed... for that you should get an order of 'St. Merlin' first class! I tried writing, too, but i never finished longer projects, wich is why i never posted them.
i really admire that you have the inspiration and motivation to write a story as intricate and long as this one!

while reading i noticed your dedication to your reviewers and while it gave me a bad conscience not writing a review for every chapter it became important to me to leave a few words at the end nevertheless :)
i hope my senseless ramblings will be understandable, as i feel my lack of sophisticated knowledge in the english language more acutely since chapter one. i think the term another reviewer used was "vocabulous". i am not, though thanks to you i learned some new words, but it will be a while before i use them in my active vocabulary (do you use that phrase in english?)

Thank you for all the nice plot, for a dominant and adorable lucius and for giving herminone her strength back! I would be lying by omission if i didn't thank profusely ;) for all the very nice and creative lemonade!
(bought a new folder for university with lemons on it, my mother recognized it for one of my favourite desings on... well anything, and commented ' so nice to see how your last folder for university has the same design as your last one from school, isn't it really metaphorical?' .... i had a hard time not laughing too hard, so she wouldn' question me, but i just agreed on the nice metaphor and thoght to myself 'well, lemons are actually a phase i hope not to outgrow for a while! ;) )

But i did not stay tuned 50 chapters just for the porn, i really loved your plot, the details, the characterizations, the life you gave to every person, place and even a boring grey pile of rock! XD
St. Merlin is one of my favourite charas now. He has such nice sense of humour (well he didn't transfer me into the 1800s).
uh, just remembered: that hermione looks younger than astoria, who knows that our heroine should be three (!!!) years older... loved it!
