I've said it before but I must say it again: I love your story and I say you are an amazing writer.
And to tell you a little tidbit, I almost fainted when you had them go to Iceland 'cause that's me homeland.
How do you know it? you from there or...?
Anyway, the story is great.

it's taken me the better part of the day to read through all 21 chapters of this fic, and another few hours to digest. i think i'm ready to leave a review now.
first, i can't say enough about your style, your tone, your prose. from the excerpts of lucius's memoirs to the general feel and vibe and descriptions of everything that occurs, your use of language is powerfully beautiful, evocative, mind-blowing and spellbinding. i usually speed-read through HP fan fics -- there's really nothing more than fluff in them anyway, and not much to miss -- but i have savored these chapters line by line, word by word. you have taken what could have been a rote and cliched topic -- lucius writing his story and inadvertently becoming a world-famous author -- and completely transformed it. i'm astonished at the way the plot has grown increasingly complex, the way its moved from a seemingly simple situation and morphed, blossomed, into a touchingly beautiful and emotional exploration of two lives accidentally entwined. absolutely stunning.
second, you take some very heavy, very dark topics and deal with them with compassion and humanity. lucius's illness, his actions as a deatheater, the tragic incident that sends him spiraling into a life of bigotry and self-hatred and evilness... all of these are described and presented with such sensitivity. again, you avoid falling into the trap of cliche or maudlin sappiness, and transform this story into something literary, realistic, yet so very hopeful at the same time.
i could go on, but i'll merely say that this is one of the best tales i've read yet. i can't wait to see what you have in store for our two lovers (the possibility of the world discovering the author of 'faim,' perhaps? some sort of intrusion into their quiet existence together?), but i'm confident that your muse has their fate well in hand. i look forward most eagerly to the next chapter!

Wonderful as always! :) This relationship between Hermione and Lucius is just great, so real, yet so romanticized. You did a great job. Can't wait for the next update., and can't wait till the word gets out that they are together ;) pandemonium ensues.

Yea, an update! I do like your "new and improved" Lucius. I'm glad he's trying to reach out to his son. I am looking forward to wherever you take this next!

Entranced, intrigued, entrapped, ensorcelled, enthralled and in love with every aspect of this ,ost beautiful story. I have never read from such a master of words like you before. I would read absolutely anything you wrote happily. I honestly believe you could make an algebra textbook seem rapturous. You have a talent beyond that which most published authors ever dream of accomplishing.

I am pleased to see that you updated!! I just love this story and I anxiously wait for every update. I loved it when Hermione came back to him!! Even though it was obvious that she would, it was still wonderful. I love how you write them as a couple. They seem to be quite in tune to each other, and have a very close bond.

I only recently started reading this story. Or, should I say devouring it. You know I'm a fan of Some Blonde Fool, but now I find I'm addicted to all your WIPs, even those outside my usual preferred pairing. This update was a rich, lush, decadent treat. Thank you so much.

Wow. So much packed into that one chapter. The plot thickens.
Oh I love that Draco and Lucius are slowly starting to reconnect. Hmm... or maybe finally connect? Either way, this is a great development. They both need the healing.
*gasp* Lucius finally understands that he is in love with her!! Yay! *falls over in a fit of giggles* She knocked him clean off the bed! That was priceless. I loved it. I am glad that he realized that he needs to wait for the right moment(and when she is awake) to tell her.
Ooooo! What is he writing now? Will we find out soon? Oh I hope so....
Wonderful chapter. I was so happy when I got the email that it was up. I have been getting antsy for it. Now I get to sit and fret on when the next chapter is coming. But this one was wonderfully long, so the update demons have been appeased for a short while. LOL

So good! I love that he's finally realized the depth of his feelings for Hermione. And I really like how Draco took Lucius with him to therapy. I can't wait to see what Lucius is writing now. Great update, I can't wait for more!!
