That disclaimer crap burns me. What burns me more is when they got me, instead of sending a message they left a damn review. It's not like my email isn't working properly. In a way I understand putting it as a review, but in a way it almost felt humiliating to me. *raises hand* Classic childhood overachiever, easily embarrasses over public reprimand.

Here's a disclaimer that I pretty much use for any fandom at all, and seems to cover it well enough for the admin not to get their knickers in a twist: [Insert fandom here] and all related characters and situations are property of [insert author/whatever here]. I am not profiting from this in any way.

Don't let them get you down. If you get too peeved and move the story somewhere else, would you mind emailing me and letting me know where? I've really enjoyed this story :)

They did this to my story a while back as well. I think that perhaps if you stated specifically that Harry Potter belongs to JKR it may satisfy their (quite ridiculous) scruples. I would hate to see you leave as I am enjoying your writing very much and hope that this works for you.

honey you are doing better and more professional disclamers then most writers, so 'screw' (excuse the french) others who are making you feel that you have not done it right. granted i am no writer but you are doing just as everyone else is that you dont own any characters or making any money that you are just writing a story set in alternate universe. maybe that is what they are refering to the fact that it is not following cannon and wish you to just add that it is au. other than so serious messed up people---i loved the last chapter!!!!! :) i am so totally glad that you said about minerva i feel the same way about her. i think jk did a great job of her charater, she makes me think of my own grandmother. :) i loved the dinner secne and i really enjoyed their evening with them! :) i will tell you this though if you do decide to go somewhere else PLEASE let me know cause i would love to read the rest of your story despite what others are telling you or making you feel, i love your story sweety! :) so i hope that you keep on writing!
