Ok, it's a really good story but I do have one criticism I'm afraid! I'm a stickler for grammar and I noticed a couple of times that you used 'there' instead of 'their'. I suggest you look up the differences between the meanings...
Very cool idea though... I like the way you keep both Malfoy and Hermione in character, it's an interesting play on the 6th book.
