quite funny there Nikki - the way you put the song and the narrate in there like in Dr. Tran youtube vids. You have to continue it so that Draco/Harry can get together.

I actually think this is really brilliant... I completely agree with the sentiment. I happen to hate songfics for just that reason. (coincidentally, songfics are all I seem to be able to write, but I NEVER EVER EVER (EVER!) do THAT)

LOL@ this one...as a writer who uses lyrics to inspire my muse and to set the mood of the chapter, I found this hilarious and well thought out. I do think people let the lyrics overwhelm their story or over rely on lyrics to write the story for them, what a clever way to show that. Great job.
