That is such a cute story. I really love it thank you so much for writing it.

This has some great potential, it's funny, it's quite lighthearted, yet a little sombre.
If you wanted, you could develop this and make it fantastic.

It's apparent that you aren't a native speaker. You switch back and forth between tenses and incidentally it's annoying. The idea behind the story is alright. I'd suggest you work with a beta to make your work flow better. Also, how did Draco die? Why had he chosen Potter's house to haunt?
