Oh!! I'm nearly speechless! What an excellent chapter!

This chapter is the beau ideal of why I have come to love your stories. Everything is here, the scope of emotion, of thought, of writing, your research. I love it that you take the time to explain it all out, the title, Severus' work, the regret of leaving the life he and Harry have built, the need, excitement, yet fear of what they will find when they return to their own time, as well as the worry of it working at all. The emotions between Harry and Severus, and between them and their friends...oh!...brought me to tears.

Absolutely stunning.

Aww...I have to say, I love Severus in love. As I've said before, I really love how you're portraying him in this story, his introspection, and admitting his wrongs to himself. I love his nobility, freeing the twins, taking in Apisus, looking after Modia and her family, working to save Hermia and her babies. One thing (among many) that I admire about this and your other stories is the scope. The scope of language, of writing, of care, attention to detail, and your imagination.

I do love reading about Harry and Severus in this timeline, but Harry has a destiny to follow, a prophecy to fulfill, and so I assume he and Severus will eventually make it back to their own timeline. I can't help wonder, however, if they've been sent back for a reason, and if perhaps something they do in this timeline will change the course of their own timeline and in that way Harry will fulfill his destiny. Whatever the outcome and however he does it, I can't wait to read your take on it, so I'm waiting anxiously for later today when you update again. I'm so torn! I want to know what happens, and yet I don't want the story to end!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this fic yet! First of all, I wanted to say that I love you Severus! I think you kept him rather well in character, except for adding some more passion and caring in him. I also really like that the chapters are long, very satisfying, and without any spelling mistakes! I do hope you will update soon and continue with this incredible fic. I am eagerly waiting fot the next chapter, Alaine.

And what lovely chapters they are. I'm glad Severus has seen the light, and has vowed to treat Harry better, has told him his true feelings. As I said before, I love Severus' introspection, the inner thoughts and feelings. I'm impressed by your attention to detail, and the care you put into your stories. I'm working my way through all of them, yes, and so far, I'm loving every minute of it. I was just stunned with "For Services Rendered". Will this story be the epic that that was? I hope so! I can't wait for tomorrow, and another update!
