I like how you confronted the underage problem, although i think since they are all underage, it is not yet illegal, but i could be wrong. Anyway, interesting chapter, evil cliffy, and good self control at not using everyone's suggestions in one chapter (^^; i would have had to write an alternative chapter just to get all of the ideas off my chest, lol)

ummm don't quote me on this (sorry i realise that is incredibly unhelpful) but i have a feeling the age of consent for anal sex was 21 then, it has definately been changed fairly recently, like within 2 years max, but i think it was 21 then.

The smut was hot *^^* Love the catboys molested by the readheads ;) however the smut came out of nowhere, you could put a liltle bit more introduction before you made the boys play ;D
as for the cat traits When I had a cat He sometimes was getting all claustrophobic and then he was running on all the highest places destroing whatever he came contact with (lost a pretty vase I got as a wedding gift *sigh*) and he was running like mad. Anyway where is the catnip ? ;)
About the letter thingy I never noticed but you are right Harry were ment for twins (or for snape but It's another story)
