Good start. I'm not one to like AU stories in the HP universe, but I had an urge to take a moment in perusing this one. I'll read more if the next chapters are enjoyable; so I hope to see more soon.

xD wow McGonagall is soo uptight nice, i like Hagrid :D he's very well intentioned but soo clumsy and Dumbles is just awesome! basically i love how you did the chars.
