(Chapter 1)
Ooh! Nice work! I really liked this first chapter. The Malfoys are something of an enigma.....very intriguing, and I love how you've started this out and can't wait to see where you're going with it. I think this is a brilliant start. It's interesting to see Lucius' inner struggle, his loathing for his own father, his abhorrance of what happened to him as a child, and yet his insistance on following the family "tradition", justifying it to himself by talking himself into believing he is nothing like his own father. Again, nice work, and I hope you update soon.
