Thank goodness Harry couldn't leave him out there!

I really enjoyed this first chapter. An interesting choice of writing style. It's disjointed but I like it, I'm not sure why. It's like a bunch of little pieces stuck together. But you pull it off with out making it confusing/hard to follow. I liked your imagery and dramatic focus on colors.

I can't wait to see the next chapter.
