Deal with the devil indeed. Why would Harry go along with anything Nott suggests? This sounds like such a bad idea, well pretending to go out with one person to make another jelous is always a bad idea but when one of them is Draco and the other Nott then it is a REALLY bad idea. Oh well their suffering is our entertainment. Hmmm that does not sound nice.....
