I don't often get 'hooked' on a fic after reading the first chapter. Usually I need more plotline before determining whether I'll follow it. I'll be following this one for sure. I just like that it's a diferent concept. Not that surrogate fics and donor fics haven't been done before mind you. But you definitely have your own voice that comes through in a creative and unique way. I love the opener where she's mulling over the right words to use in the ad. That was a great opener. I also liked Severus' depression that leads to an 'Ah-ha!' moment. Even though it's more than a bit convienent. You'd think that a planner like Sev wouldn't just get with the baby-making as a snap decision. This isn't a last minute checkout counter impulse buy. But whatever. It works and it makes an intriguing plot. I am yet another person eagerly awaiting an update. Sooo...? How discrete would this be? So much potential here. I'd love to see how this develops.
