lol. I didn't mean to frighten you or anything with that recent review. I was just feeling silly and pumped up from the last chapter. I am not liking the idea that Draco will go back to Lucius. Not at all. I just hope that Lucius can be fooled, but with Lucius' own frustration with his impotency, I'm not sure it will matter. Draco will be harmed one way or the other, and I can't help but think of Dobby's punishment. I'm at least glad that Draco knows that Harry knows that Draco didn't mean to give Harry a Portkey. Then at least Draco knows Harry isn't being truthful about his upcoming hatred. Here lies the chapter of truly lost innocence where the two can just chat and Draco can be marvelled by Harry's smiles. And that is truly heartbreaking. Not that I don't enjoy that instead of wringing Lucius' neck you've made him impotent. Because THAT is just fabulous. I like it almost better that Draco didn't go off saving Harry, which he couldn't have done. That Harry hear that Lucius was bragging is so much more lovely. Wonderful chapter.

Whoah! I did not expect that last part. Probably because you stuck to the book relatively close.
I absolutely love your Draco. In a lot of fics Draco tends to be 'perfect' in lies and deceiving and whatever and here it shows that he still has much to learn, which I think makes it more realistic.
I tend to switch between liking Snape to wanting to smack him to make him see what he's doing and these last few chapters it's been stuck on wanting to smack him.
I actually think your Harry is more real than JKR's because I find it kind of weird that the fact he slept in the cupboard under the stairs for 10 years (which I think is an obvious sign of child neglect) doesn't show in his personality at all.
All in all I love it and hope you update soon :) (I apologize for my bad grammar, I hope you could figure out what I meant)

Holy crap! That ending gave me a shiver. In hindsight, of course Draco wouldn't be able to fool his father, Voldemort's right hand man. Draco was so eager to please Harry that he wasn't suspicious of Moody (though Draco had no way on knowing that Moody was an impostor).
That was an awesome chapter. I cannot wait for the next one!
Keep going!

I'm horrified. I'm completely and utterly horrified. YOU! I adore you. I really do. But this was such a emotion-packed chapter. ARG! I was so surprised and happy with the Second task. That Draco was Harry's most precious person...I completely grinned with absolute delight. The ironic situation between Severus and Harry had me smiling fondly, since those two both have a problem with Severus being called "sir" and Harry being called "Potter" with Draco being the ultimate object for comparison. But then this! Lucius. I want to wring my hand around his fictional neck. Poor Draco really. I hope Harry is alright obviously, but when Harry returns, although I assume Harry will understand that Draco wouldn't ever betray him, I hope that Draco doesn't take this situation to mean that he should definitely just give in to helplessness and follow the Dark Lord. Honestly. Though Draco is only 14, I really hope he goes to Harry somehow and helps him get out of, whereever Harry's been portkeyed to. Fabulous, but nerve-racking chapter.

Holy crap!! ''O_O'' Draco got played!! Lucius totally used him! (Once Harry gets back and school is over, Draco is so dead when it comes time for him to go home. Yikes@!)
Although, if the canon is any indication, none of the death eaters other than Petigrew and Crouch/Moody knew about the plans for Voldemort's return. Obvious it seems like Lucius is working in conjunction with Crouch/Moody. What could this mean?? I suppose Voldemort could be wanting to restore his body as soon as possible, but on the other hand, he's always struck me as a person with a flair for the dramatic. Harry disappearing in front of countless witnesses makes for a great panic filled stage for his triumphant return. Had the plan worked as he intended in the original book, the impact of his return would have sent tremors throughout the wizarding world with no chance for denial or cover up. By Harry escaping, it seems like the better plan for them to bide their time and wait. Hmm.. I wonder what changes this will mean now that Harry is snatched up early??)
Total freaking craziness!!!!! What will they do??? Ron's so going to blame Draco over this, but hopefully after seeing Draco's reaction to Harry's disappearance they will be able to put aside their differences and hurry to Dumbledore to alert him to who's gone! Gah! Such a cliff hanger!!! I hope you don't take too long to update. I'm going to be thinking about his for the rest of the week! >_<
Keep up the great work!
